My experience with this company has always been EXCELLENT. They are honest with their advice, carry every type of floor you could ever want, and have some really helpful and friendly staff. (Seriously - what's with the negative reviews from people who have never even purchased from this company!?)

Do not buy here. They do not honor there warranty. I have a 25 year wear and tear. Run around to the fullest. Now I need to call my lawyer. Don't believe the posts on here there probably the people who work there. Take your money elsewear my advise to anyone who is looking to buy at this place don't do it.

Great Floors St.Thomas, Ontario A couple of years ago, we requested an estimate to get our living room floors done. A week later the sales person and owner dropped by to take measuments and said he would call in a couple days with the cost. As the days and weeks passed and never hearing back from him we decided to hire someone else to do the job. 10-months ago, for whatever reason my wife dropped in the store to look at some floor options for another project, where the person on the floor happened to be that same guy who never contacted us back regarding the previous estimate. When she brought up why she was never contacted back, he claimed he had no recollection of who she was. After reading some of the reviews, all indications point this business does not demonstrate loyality to their customer base, nor to the potential consumers of this small community. Poor communicators and not worthy of good recomendations...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered a carpet install in December and they had staffing problems, had to reschedule my booking and take a second day off work. The installer did a good job and they are local so I went back to get my basement done. They confirmed the install date and time. The day before my install they call and tell me they don't have the staff to uphold the booking. No consideration for customers time. No apology when I went in to get my refund. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Had booked a 4pm apt. Was told to call to be let in for my booked apt upon arrival as doors would be locked. Not only did I call, I called 4 times trying the different extensions & finally after 10 min of knocking on door & calling I left a voicemail on the admin assistants v.m. I haven't heard anything since! Terrible service & I haven't even gotten in the door. Wint be returning.

They were fantastic , they installed flooring , a new tile shower and recently a custom tile inset shelf. They did an excellent job and did it quickly exactly on time. We had an issue with the floor and they were super quick to react and fix it. They are experts with great customer follow up.

After getting the wrong tile THREE times and then having to re-Grout the tile (once they finally installed the right one) it is once again filled with cracks and holes in the grout! Do not use them! Update as per request: the name it would be under would be Tracey Ouellette. I know it's the right store because I was in there several times to verify the correct tile. Update: as of January 2021 still have heard nothing from Great Floors even after e-mailing them. Don't waste your money here people!
