I would like to take the time to add review on GCW. Our kitchen designer Laura Szusz did by far an amazing job customizing our home. She is smart, honest, friendly, precise and very patient. Our experience overall was above the 5 star rating that the system has in place. The whole organization the minute you call your treated with the most outstanding customer service. I would like to send the warmest thank you to the reception at the London location and Andrew. The plant tour was outstanding and Andrew, Laura and staff you guys are amazing. Keep up the great work and we felt so welcomed and are very excited to see the finished result.

We started master ensuite renovation planning early March 2020 and then COVID hit. We worked with designer Karen through email and phone calls to fine tune our needs for a bathroom vanity. We were very happy with the service and price and decided to also remodel our laundry room at the same time. Karen was fantastic-accommodating, listened to our ideas and provided suggestions....all done virtually, which isn't an ideal situation. We scheduled an appointment in the showroom in May (following all health measures) and I finally had an opportunity to meet Karen and take a look at the quality, finishing and options available. I was able to take some samples home to confirm cabinet colour choices and counter tops. Karen was great walking me through hardware choices and had provided me options in advance so I could be prepared when I arrived in the showroom. Roly came out to do the measurements and 8 weeks later our custom cabinets were installed! The day after install, the cabinets were inspected and fine tuned so that the laundry cabinet door handles wouldn't hit my new painted walls. I would highly recommend GCW for any custom cabinetry needs. So glad I saw the billboard ad while in the Timmys' drive-through. Thanks to all on Team GCW who were involved in the designing, manufacturing and installation of our cabinets. We are THRILLED with the results.

This amazing group saved my daughter's new home. We were having challenges with the builder kitchen and gcw saved the day. They planned and made the kitchen cabinets along with 2 bath vanities within 3 weeks. They were all installed professionally and without delay . They saved the closing date from being delayed yet again ! Can't thank them enough ! ( And this was with covid challenges )

Showroom displays are very well done with a great variety of kitchens and baths showing. Was given a tour of the shop and was impressed with the entire fabrication process. The staff and designers are personable and very knowledgeable in the work they do. Was there for a cooking demonstration and was treated to a fantastic meal.

Very poor communication. They don't return your calls. Working with there team is tasking and difficult. So far completion time way off. Feeling abandoned and ignored. Kitchen still not completed 7 days in. Would not recommend.

One of the worst companies to deal with customer service is horrible, I understand there is a back order on everything but for the service team to call us on the day our kitchen is supposed to be delivered and tell us it won't be delivered after already being delayed for more than a month is unspoken of, at least give us a couple day notice so we could manage Andrea from service called and informed us it won't be coming in and quickly hung up the phone in our face, we've been stuck with no kitchen for more than 2 month's.What kind of service is this?

We just had a new home built in Port Stanley and choose GCW after very careful consideration of a couple of companies. We visited the GCW showrooms both in London and in St. Thomas a number of times before making our final decisions. Each time that we visited we were treated with very friendly and courteous service and were encouraged to take our time in looking and ask any questions that we had. Our designer Dave was amazing!! Without being pushy, he not only showed us the various options within the showroom, but also made suggestions that when you are making so many decisions, you may overlook. The quality and attention to detail is great. Not only were we extremely happy with the colours and finishes of the cupboards/countertops, the selection was overwhelming but we managed to find exactly what we wanted. The installation was seamless and perfect in every way. We could not be happier with everything that we ordered from GCW. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Also we were given a lovely wooden cutting board handcrafted by Youth Opportunities Unlimited, a way to give back to the community.

We contracted GCW to provide cabinetry for a complete renovation -- kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, laundry room, utility/dog room, closet and bathrooms. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the finished cabinetry is stunning. Beth (designer) worked in concert with our own designer to bring our vision to life. All of the employees who attended our property were polite and respectful. Should we ever do another renovation, we would contract with them again.
