When you have a question, call Cam's Heating and Air and ask for JASON! And, when you need a technician, ask JASON to be your technician! This is our customer service review of him:
Our gas furnace stopped igniting on a Saturday morning. We called a few places in the St.Thomas and London area, and Cam's Heating and Air. It was our first time calling Cam's. Jason was very polite, patient and professional on the phone. He had a good-sounding voice, too. We liked him from the start. He was good-natured and very affable. We decided to trust our gut and go with Cam's Heating and Air. Jason tried a few techniques to try to fix the problem over the phone, and provided us with a fair quote. He even helped us book an appointment, so that we would be the company's priority on Monday morning.
On Monday morning, Jason arrived to rescue us from the cold weather. He demonstrated excellent, methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. None of us could figure out what was causing our furnace to not work properly. Jason was patient and determined to identify the problem and fix it for us. He was extremely patient when answering a barrage of questions from us, total novices. He explained everything in a logical and clear way. We learned so much about our furnace and how it works. We no longer find it complicating or intimidating. Jason inspected our furnace and thermostat, very thoroughly, multiple times, to make sure they were working well. He even took the time to teach us how to clean the furnace! Could this guy be anymore excellent?? He thoroughly tested the furnace before leaving. He even cared enough to set the right temperature in the thermostat, so that we would be comfortable. How thoughtful of him.
We are glad that Jason and not someone else, came to our home. He was very punctual and reliable. He was even more polite, patient and professional in person! He was considerate to take off his boots before entering our home (we had bad experiences in the past where some technicians didn't care that they were bringing in dirt into our home).
Our furnace had stopped working in the middle of winter, and Jason showed sincere care for our well-being. We were shivering in our home, and had to layer-up and drink a lot of hot tea for a couple of days, to manage the cold temperature. Not fun at all. It was truly a nightmare to go through that experience of no heat in the home...
Our customer service experience went absolutely perfectly, and Jason was seriously excellent in every way. Jason took the time to explain our invoice in detail, and firmly shook our hand. He was honest, trustworthy and reliable. Cam's Heating and Air should give Jason an employee award, if your company can make this happen to celebrate his wonderful customer service. He deserves it, and then some. We loved his friendly personality and professional attitude, and his careful attention to detail. We wish every service representative in the world is like him.
