We wanted to brighten a very dark stairwell in our new home by having a Velux sun tunnel installed. After considering a number of companies only two of which provided a detailed written estimate we chose Ben Gilbert Roofing. We are very pleased with the installation process, done as scheduled in a professional manner. The end result is everything we hoped for and we would not hesitate to recommend this roofing company. We are also pleased to have a ten year warranty on the installation over and above the warranty on the product.

Ben was great! During the home inspection of my new house, the inspector pointed out a damp spot that was likely going to need to be looked at before the fall/winter made it worse. Ben made time for such a small job in the middle of the busiest roofing season (when 2 other roofers I called refused to even return my calls). He came out, took a look and gave me a very reasonable quote for the repair and was able to take care of it in no time.

Absolutely recommended! After a bad storm, Ben came out and had all the damage sized up and made safe the same day I called him. Within a few days his crews had all repairs done and new gutters and downspouts installed on my house and outbuildings. Work was fast, and done right. Ben made sure I was satisfied immediately after the work was completed, and even followed up again a few weeks later after a big storm to make sure everything was performing perfectly.

My sister lost some singles after a wind storm and needed repairs fast as there was rain forecast for 2 days later. Roofers were very busy as this damage was common throughout the areas the storm hit, but Ben was still able to fit us into his busy schedule. He was prompt to arrive and fixed the damage quickly and efficiently on the steep-sloped roof. There are a few roofing contractors who would take advantage of the emergency situation and charge a mint, but Ben was able to do it for a reasonable sum. Would definitely recommend.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ben Gilbert Roofing for your home exterior projects. We initially called him for a roofing quote as we did with some others. Ben was the ONLY one to respond quickly. He came over, did an estimate . He was also able to set up financing right there on the FIRST visit. As we discussed out house we mentioned other stuff we would like to have done. Ben immediately said he can do ALL of those too: New Garage Door, Shutters, Front Door, Back Door, Front living room window, pillars, eaves troughs ... He could do it all. So ... we took a chance and gave him ALL of the jobs. Ben had the work measured, scheduled and done. Not only was it done BUT was done WELL with quality workmanship. He returned calls, texts very fast and kept us up to date on everything as it was happening. He went to great lengths to ensure our colours were matched EXACTLY because it was custom. He actually cares about the job and us as customers. He is very respectful. Honestly ... if you need work done on your exterior you NEED to call Ben Gilbert.
