Innovative Heating & Air did an inspection on my heat pump before I moved in to my house because there was an issue where the outside unit wasn't turning on at all during my home inspection. The inspection by innovative heating & Air gave it a clean bill of health and said there were no issues. I found out on my own the first month living in the house what the issue is by doing about 10 minutes worth of checks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wanted to get the record of qhat was checked to see if they dug in deep enough in the first place to find the underlying issue. I didnt want to jump to conclusions but none of my calls have been returned and now no one will even answer the phone so I am stuck with a heat pump that doesn't work and can't even get them to come and start the necessary repairs I am in for

We had a Greener Homes energy audit completed, and one of the recommendations was to have two heat pumps installed to cover all areas of our house. We were provided with a list of approved contractors in the Saint John area. I visited a couple to inquire about pricing, service, etc and was less than impressed with the information I was getting. It was almost as if I had to apologize for bothering them. Knowing that one of the main factors in such a large investment is the service available afterwards if needed, I decided to keep looking. When visiting a friend, he had a LG pump installed, and I asked him about his experience. He said Innovatia had installed it, and he was impressed with the unit and the service. I contacted this company, and my experience could not have been more positive. Jeff came out,, evaluated the situation, and gave us a quote with a couple options. We reviewed the quote, had a couple questions that were answered promptly and efficiently by Richard (very knowledgeable and helpful), and we decided to purchase the units. Jeff was very agreeable to working around our schedule, and a few days later, their installer and electrician were here and installed them on schedule. We have been delighted with how comfortable our entire house is now (no cool spots), and wish we would have made a decision to install a heat pump earlier! After installation, Jeff dropped by the house to give us tips on how to get the most benefits from the system, and was very helpful with preparing the paper work for the rebates (follow-up service, right?). We would recommend this company without reservation! Thank you, guys!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommended this company to anyone looking to get a heat pump. Don't make your final decision until you at least get an assesment/quote from Innovative. Quality products paired with knowledgeable and certified staff gets you what you need, where other companies might just try to sell you the most expensive product.

We bought our heat pump from these guys five years ago,it has never worked the way the said it would,the unit broke down last month and my wife has been fighting with them since to have it repaired ,she's talked to several people all of which have given her the run around passing the blame onto the next until we were told we live to far out and the technician doesn't want to come,what is the point of a warranty then? We live an hour away in St.Stephen.Wish we had never bought the heat pump from these guys there is absolutely no service after the sale
