Prompt service! When we called the person had a good idea of what the issue may be related to our well. When he arrived he had all the parts with him and was able to fix on the spot. Great service and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

I contacted them to have my toilet fixed, but a week and a half later and he still hasn't come in. Kept telling me he would be in and then never called the days he was supposed to show and would just say "sorry I got too busy", the next day when I would call to see why he didn't show up. I understand being busy but be professional and call or message me to tell me you won't be coming in. I wasted a week waiting for him to come in, the finally I called a different company and they were in to look at it 4 hours after I called on the same day! I do not recommend them if your issue needs immediate attention.

He fixed my issue correctly. That is expected since I called a plumber. He was relying on a sewage truck to come and clean my sewage line and while he was waiting in his car, I was paying for his wage for like 2h-3h instead of him leaving as there was nothing much to be done for that period of time (Plumbers wage are not cheap as anyone knows) I was very disappointed by that. Then when I got the quote for the job, for his return, he marked up prices to mirror the quote he gave me, when really it should have cost less. Anyways, I am all about honesty and pay what is done in full as long as he was moving the whole time which it was not the case. I will not be calling them again and I don't recommend them at all.

I do not live in St. John but ...I was there recently for a concert. I was turned around and was looking for Walmart and was going in circles. I asked a very nice man if he could point us in the right direction he said I am going that way anyway so we followed him. I thought that was nice. When he thought that we lost him i saw him pull to the side of the road to wait for us I truly appreciated his kind gesture and help!!! THANK YOU

Allan and crew have been our plumbers for 12 years now. We've called on them about a half dozen times now. The process is always the same: they pick up the call right away or call us back asap; they see us very quickly if not immediately; they always know what the problem is (even on our very old house); they can and do always fix it completely. They are very friendly, honest, and cheap which is a bonus...but does not matter when you have a plumbing emergency. What matters is that they are available 24/7 and solve it fast. Allan himself once left his own Christmas dinner table to fix a leaking pipe just beside my own dinner table. Guy doesn't even know me. Highly recommend this business.

They’ve installed heating systems, tub enclosures, toilets, faucets, fixed slow drains, pipe leaks, zone valves, circulator pumps at various properties over the years. Fair and square! Great guy. I called for a problem with my well and before they came to work on it he told me a few easy steps that might fix the problem and it worked. They could of came and done it but he helped me fix it on my own which obviously saved me money because it was free ????He has also done excellent work for my mother.

Called and not only was Jeff a service agent at my house that same morning, he also was able to fix my problem in less than and hour and even cleaned up the mess.
