Besides the services checked off above, he also leveled and put in rocks in an area outside of my outdoor storage area so that the door can open and close with ease without sticking on the grass and weeds. He also removed an ancient antenna that was on my roof that was just an eye sore to me. After cleaning the gutters and removing the antenna he sent me pictures of the finished job. I was happy with the results. He will be doing other handy work jobs soon. Glad to find someone who is honest, hard working and fairly priced. Thank you, Trace, great job!

Trace came to install a collapsible ladder kit in my garage ceiling. We need to modify the joists and the ladder itself in order to properly and safely deploy. We worked together very pleasantly. He came with a fixed cost deal, on time and did not leave until all was well and clean, although I made a mistake in the plan and he had to find a workaround. I am happy to have found him as I am sure that I will need further help around the house and it is impossible to find a contractor willing to help
