AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY ARROGANT. Work was subpar compared to how much we paid him. Verbally aggressive towards my family via in person and text multiple times for not speaking in French. He knew we were an English family but still decided to take the contract. This is a racist individual towards anglos with multiple times treating anglos as inferior. Promises were broken and any additional work he was charging 5x a normal professional price. We decided to get some things from other contractors because of this. Hidden costs and extra costs were always way too high compared to what a normal contractor would charge. Would not recommend this person to anyone. Gorge Gourier has recently given this contractor a 1 star rating on google as well. I’m pretty sure this person has experienced similar issues. The 5 star ratings are biased ratings from the owner and his son (both work for the company). If I could give 0 stars I would. Failed to comply with covid protocol. Him and his workers came in and out without any masks putting me and my elderly parents in jeopardy of catching the virus. He broke our 6L toilet which cost about $300-$400. Replaced it with a $99 toilet that was 4L without communicating with us. We confronted him in getting something of equivalent value but he refused. Works whenever he wants and worked a few days/few hours. Looks like he was doing a few projects at the same time and seemed like it took him twice as long. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND THE HEADACHES ASSOCIATED. Pay the extra costs for better professional service and work from the other contractors as it'll come out to the same in the end money wise when he adds up costs and never discloses the price until the bill comes out.
