Initial service is very good... but: People who installed the system didn't wore mask inside during the installation. They left before the whole job was done & left me hanging without even cleaning after themselves and without telling me at what time the follow up would be done. They also trampled the flowers outside. On top of that, the model came with a discount from Mitsubishi but the invoice they gave me wasn't acceptable because some infos were left out so I had to hassle to have the promised discount. All in all the experience post contract was not good at all, unfortunately.

Earlier this season I started having issues with the AC unit that was installed by LG Poupart 6 years ago. The error code on my unit corresponds to low refrigerant, which shouldn't happen unless there's a leak and so I was told my warranty had expired two weeks ago and that they were too busy to help and to call somewhere else. My furnace stopped working overnight, called them the next day at 8am and someone came right away that same morning. The tech was super knowledgeable, found and fixed the problem in 10 minutes ! Even though my furnace is super old. Super nice guy too, took the time to explain everything. He also went above and beyond because there was time left in my 1h and reviewed and corrected some of the settings in my Ecobee ! I jad installed it muself. From now on i will only do business with these guys, they are specialists for residential. Never calling the other company i was calling before !

Installers have literally "botched" several crucial details such as "plotting" the wire for the de-icer to prevent the heat pump from freezing winter. (Congratulations to the last technician for seeing this detail) When they installed the machine it made a hellish noise when they started it for the first time: they just said it's not because it's new that it's not broken ... In short a room was broken and they did not manage the situation: they left then it stopped working 1 month later. Also, in the early cold weather since nothing was adjusted the heat pump no longer worked from -3. All this without speaking about the attitude of the installer who spent a good part of the day to complain because we had not changed our furnace and it was more complicated for him ... Sincerely their after-sales service is excellent, courteous, fast and professional, but the installation leaves me with a very bitter taste. Also, another positive point, the seller was very attentive to our needs and that is the reason why we chose this company. He never put pressure to change our furnace, he was adequate, discreet, respectful. (Original) Je donne 3 étoiles parce que leur service après vente est impeccable. (Bravo au dernier technicien d’avoir vu ce détails) Lorsqu’ils ont installé la machine elle a fait un bruit d’enfer quand ils l’ont démarrée pour la première fois: ils ont simplement dit que c’est pas parce que c’est neuf que c’est pas brisé... En somme une pièce était brisée et ils n’ont pas géré la situation: ils sont partis alors elle a cessé de fonctionner 1 mois plus tard. Également, en début des temps froid puisque rien n’était ajusté la thermopompe ne fonctionnait plus à partir de -3. Tout ça sans parler de l’attitude de l’installateur qui a passé une bonne partie de la journée à chialer parce que nous n’avions pas changé notre fournaise et que c’était plus compliqué pour lui... Sincèrement leur service après vente est excellent, courtois, rapide et professionnel, mais l’installation me laisse un goût très amer. Également, un autre point positif, le vendeur était très attentif à nos besoins et c'est la raison pourquoi nous avons choisi cette compagnie. Il n'a jamais mis de pression pour que nous changions notre fournaise, il était adéquat, discret, respectueux.
