I wanted to say “ Thank You” to Wanda who sent me two superb person, Mohamed and Abdel ( forgive me if I misspell your names) to fix my Central heating. They came in and found the issue right the way. They wasted no time, super efficient in their work flow, very professional and always good mood and smiling. Tomorrow will be the hottest day, They really save us from the heatwave. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get them booked, but it’s worthwhile. Just to be clear, my original installer of my HVAC systems is no comparable to these 2 Gentlemen. I did give them 2 chances to fix it last year, not to mention they waste my times and money, even I believe in second chances. But they blew it. It was partly my fault. I should have done research properly last time. But now I am so happy to meet these 2 new gentlemen. I think as long as we do thing honestly, a dishonest person won’t be able to see your face again. But this company has long term goal imbedded in their DNA. Good for them and good for us. I have no problem recommending them for you.

I called to book an appointment to repair my AC unit because it was broken. 3 weeks later on the appointment's day, I called in the morning at 8 AM to ask for an estimate of the time when they'd come, they said "yeah yeah the technician is in your area this morning so he should be there in no time". I waited until 4 PM, called again, they said that they can't provide an estimate of when he'd come... called again at 8 PM, they said they can't do anything about it and will leave the technician a message... It's been 3 business days and nothing. Waiting almost a full month for a fake appointment. Terrible customer service. 0 stars. zero. stars.

Ils ne retournent jamais les appels et ne se sont pas présentés à 4 rendez-vous préalablement confirmé. Je ne peux pas croire leur mauvaise fois, ils sont des voleurs !

They don't deserve any penny of your hard earned money or your time. They don't have the decency to show up for the appointment they gave a week ago. Lack of competition pampers these people...or else they wouldn't survive in any part of the world but only in Quebec..
