I acquired in 2019 knowing that there was a problem and that Bisson had done the work. during the sale in 2019, the owner had mandated bisson to come and see the movement of the building. To my surprise, we find all kinds of reasons not to answer me on the result and we don't give me any information. RESULT of their work after 28 years: 85% of the building has moved (up to 41 mm !!!) the technique used was deficient and poorly adapted. Here is a photo taken during RE-piling work: Here is how Bisson had "repaired" the foundation crack. we do nothing and we hide it behind a membrane. And although they will sell you a 25 year warranty, I challenge you to enforce it. Unprofessional, responses were very long, call anyone except Bisson, even your brother-in-law. Pas professionnel, les réponses était très longues, appelez n'importe qui sauf Bisson, même votre beau-frère.

Our land has always been in a relatively clean state given the important work carried out and we found no damage to what had remained in place (tree, paving, etc.). We recommend Bisson Expert! Nous avons été très bien conseillés par Stéphane Taillefer, représentant technique, pour mener à bien ce projet en une seule étape. Toutes les équipes, sans exception, sont ponctuelles, expertes et très bien rodées. Même en temps de canicule qui a duré plus de 10 jours en août ! Tous les sous-traitants engagés par Bissons Expert sont également très compétents et on a pu constater qu’ils sont souvent collègues. Les anomalies découvertes au cours des travaux nous ont été expliquées par le gérant de projet et elles ont été corrigées en toute connaissance de cause à des coûts justes et raisonnables. De plus Bisson Expert nous a fourni un contact pouvant remplacer à pied levé un de nos fournisseurs de services en plomberie que nous avions perdu à cause d’un délai mal calculé de notre part. Tous les matériaux utilisés pour les travaux sont de très bonne qualité (Drain Groupe Perrier, membrane Delta, isolation au polyuréthane sous la dalle, béton etc.) Nous avons procédé à un agrandissement au même moment et tout s’est déroulé à notre entière satisfaction. Notre terrain a toujours été en état de propreté relative compte tenu des travaux importants effectués et nous n’avons relevé aucun dommage à ce qui était demeuré en place (arbre, pavé, etc.). Nous recommandons Bisson Expert !

I contacted Bisson Expert in the summer of 2020 via their site, after a couple of months of waiting I called them and they assured me there was a ticket assign to my project and that someone would visit me soon. Another month later I called again and finally they send someone. The guy had no idea what work I needed done (even when I had send them all the info on the form , a video and pictures). He didn't had my email and ask me to send him my certicate of localization, which I did that same day. He told me that by the weekend he would send me an estimate. But needless to say he never did! I call him (left multiple messages) and email him and nothing! Finally I contacted another company that within two weeks visited me and send me a submission. At the end my project was about 40k and Bisson Expert didn't care about it and just made me loose about 8 months! I do not recommend them

Unfortunately we cannot recommend Bisson Expert. The business refused to take responsibility for extensive damage they caused to our terra cotta tiles during work completed at the end of October 2019. It appears this may be a common problem judging by another review (see Craig Starke). We wish we could write a glowing review here. Honestly the work-crew and pre-sales staff were excellent. They gained our trust and we liked them very much. To be clear, we understand that mistakes are made. Had Bisson Expert acted appropriately by addressing the issue, we would have forgotten the matter entirely, and given the workers the review they deserve for the job. Instead, Bisson Expert dragged their feet, and only after *months* was the 'appropriate' person sent to evaluate the damage. (The presales guy had originally assessed the damage, but apparently he was not sufficiently senior to make any kind of decision; nor it seems was he able to expedite the appropriate process) So the Sale Director came. At this point (March!) we we were left with the suggestion that we were somehow trying to pull a fast one and have them pay for preexisting damage. And this was only the beginning as the experience turned very sour. And then the pandemic shut everything down, and we contacted Bisson asking please to send us their final invoice. Previously we had agreed that we would pay the final tranche of about $4K after the issue with the damage was resolved. We were again advised to wait -- this time until their office re-opened. So we did until two days ago when we received a letter from their lawyer's demanding payment. We never properly resolved the damage issue, and we never received the final invoice which we requested. There was no reason for this to become messy. Bisson Expert has treated us poorly and with a lack of respect, and we are currently minded to pursue he matter through small claims. (Attached are a few indicative samples of the damage they left on the tiles. The damaged covered something like 100sq ft.) Other details: They sealed a foundation, and repaired some structural issues. The total job cost about $25K.

After an appointment with him and his technician, they concluded that he would polish to resolve the problem. And indeed the floors were perfect after this treatment. I highly recommend for foundation and drain work, they are professional and listen to our concerns and in my case they have found solutions to make my heated floors more efficient. J’ai contacté plusieurs compagnies dont Hénault, Cam entreprise, Durasec et Acton injection pour faire des soumissions et après avoir rencontré Éric Tremblay je savais que j’étais entre bonne main. Ces genres de travaux sont très inquiétant et MR Tremblay a très bien expliqué les étapes et fut rassurant. La soumission était très bien détaillée et expliquée, ce qui n’était pas le cas des autres soumissions Cam entreprise étant la moins professionnel et la plus dispendieuses. Ce que j’ai apprécié de Bisson expert c’est le respect des délais des travaux, respect des horaires (ils sont toujours ponctuels souvent en avance ) et leurs solutions aux problèmes inévitables lors d’une grande rénovation et excavation de ce genre. Mon chargé de projet Mr Normandeau était toujours disponible pour toute question. L’excavation d’un sous-sol et garage sont de Gros et dure travaux les Équipes de Bisson sont travaillant et efficaces. De plus le service après-vente avec Mr. Normandeau fut satisfaisant lorsque les planchers de ciment après la cure avait des marques et n’était pas comme je m’y attendais. Après un rendez-vous avec lui et son technicien ils ont conclu qu’il ferait polissage pour régler le problème. Et en effet les planchers étaient parfait après ce traitement. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre excellent travail, votre honnêteté, patience et service après-vente. To be fair, Bisson Expert lifted and stabilized my home as promised. The foreman (Richard) was very competent and respectful throughout. Unfortunately, in the final backfill stage, their excavator, Mini Excavation Yalam Inc., neglected to protect my natural limestone walkway. The markings made by the teeth of the digging bucket are forever permanent. A few strips of plywood, or simply putting the backfill stone on either side of the walkway, would have avoided the permanent damage done to the limestone. They have washed their hands of any responsibility for the damages. The estimated cost to replace and install my walkway is $7500. Obviously this is very upsetting as it could have been so easily avoided... UPDATE: BISSON HAS ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES DONE AND ARE WORKING TO HAVE THE SITUATION CORRECTED. ONCE THIS IS COMPLETE, I WOULD CERTAINLY CHANGE MY "RATING" TO ***** (FIVE STARS) AS THEY WILL HAVE STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK AND REACTED IN AN HONOURABLE FASHION TO AN UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCE. Update #2 Bisson did indeed arrange to repair the unfortunate damages caused... Les acheteurs ont senti une forte pression et en ont déduit que je voulais leur caché cette information en mentionnant que le CP de Bisson Expert leur avait dit que je m'en foutais. J'ai communiqué avec Bisson Expert et ils n'ont rien fait pour m'aider et confirmer aux acheteurs que les travaux n'étaient pas une urgence ou une nécessité. Surtout que les 3 personnes : l'inspecteur en bâtiment que les acheteurs avaient choisi, l'ingénieur de Bisson Expert qui a fait la proposition et celui qui a pris les mesures n'ont rien mentionné avant la visite du Chargé de Projet la semaine avant les travaux. Mon commentaire rejoint un autre que j'ai lu. Par contre les travaux ce sont bien déroulés et ont eu lieu comme prévu.

I called them regarding a job that they did in November 2016 (previous owner hired them) because the foundation has developed cracks and it seems like something is shifting. They sent an engineer over on July 9th and he inspected the property and took pictures. He promised a follow up within a week. On August 17 I had to call them because no one followed up.
