Mr. Côté gave me calm advice over the phone and while they could not help me the day of, they sent over someone to de-ice half my roof early in the morning the very next day. The work done was completed in the time they estimated and to great quality. Their team member Alain not only cleaned up our front step before leaving but also took the time to discuss my roof with me and answer any questions that I had.
