Ensuite j'ai eu droit à un travail bien effectué où on n'hésite pas à vous faire venir pour voir l'état des choses avant, pendant et après la réparation (avant de remblayer). De plus, ils ont pris le temps d'investiguer (sous le crépi) 3 autres micros fissures pour constater qu'aucune réparation n'était nécessaire. Honnêteté et professionnalisme étaient au rendez-vous. Je recommande fortement cet entrepreneur.

La fondation n’a pas été nettoyée comme il faut avant la pose de la membrane. En somme la crasse a été scellée dans le goudron entre la fondation et la membrane. Quant à la fissure elle-même elle a été meulée à toute vitesse avant une application d’epoxy à la va vite. Au dessus de la fenêtre, le gars voulait mettre de l’epoxy sans même avoir meulé la fissure. Enfin, à certains endroits, la membrane, pas assez large, est à moins d’un pouce de la fissure. 630$ pour cela, ça ne vaut pas le coup. N’importe amateur aurait fait un meilleur travail.
