Put all new Siding... Eaves... Fascia... The works. I live on a corner lot and the amount of compliments we got and still get on what a difference it gave my home is crazy. Curb appeal at it's best. Having pets and kids and living across the street from the school ???? where kids cut across the lawn.... These guys made sure to comb the lawn and side lot front and back to ensure no nails... Screws... Metal etc were left behind. Efficiency at it's finest.

Tip Top recently replaced all the siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and eaves on our house. Great workmanship, great workers. Adam and his team did a wonderful job! When they encountered unexpected previous water damage, they were able to repair it right away, even though it involved removing and replacing brick work. I got my siding, eves and downspouts replaced in the fall. The house looks beautiful. Besides the beautiful transformation, I used to have ice build up on my porch, driveway and on my vehicles from leaking eavesdrops. This is a huge problem I no longer have to deal with! Great job guys!

My husband already wrote a review, but I just wanted to reiterate how happy we are with the service provided. After getting the run around for 2/3 weeks from the original siding company that did our home, we reached out to several other companies to help us fix a simple leak issue. No one was willing to help or send to have the time except Top Top Exteriors. They came early the next morning and fixed the errors the previous siding company had made during construction. The gentleman were kind, curious, and very willing to discuss with us what had happened to create the leak that eat pouring into our living room whenever it rained. I even got a call the next day to ask how the repair went. I highly recommend Tip Top Exteriors. Thank you, gentleman!

Honesty. Seems like a word we don't hear very often anymore when dealing with contractors. I had Joe come out this morning to do a quote for me. I have a side split all brick house. I was inquiring about putting siding on the lower part of the house and the upper part of the 2nd level, as well as new eaves, downspouts and soffits. Joe asked why I wanted to put siding over the brick. I told him that I wanted to do a colour change. Joe strongly advised against putting siding over my brick. "The brick is in great condition and putting siding over top will only decrease the value of your home" is what he told me. This is were the honesty comes in. Joe could have came in, quoted the whole job (siding eaves etc) and been on his way. Instead, he took the time to educate me on why putting siding over brick would not be a good idea. He took part of the job out of his pocket, to basically put money in my pocket in the long run. I will not hesitate to recommend Joe and Tip Top exteriors to any one.

I live in a historic home that is a semi and my half of the eaves needed replacing. No easy task especially when the other half has custom copper! It was an absolute pleasure working with these guys. From the initial consult to the colour matching to the install - communication was fast, clear, and professional. The team worked very safely, taking extra care when I needed to let the dog outside, and respecting all Covid protocols. I initially stumbled across them on Instagram where I saw a video of how meticulous they were with seams and I am so glad I waited for them to be available. I’m looking forward to no large icicles over my door this year! AND when the brand new runoff was damaged by a visitor less than hour after they left, they said not to worry, they can fix that for me- AND IT WAS OUR FAULT! You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. I would recommend them without hesitation and will be using them for other services come next year!

I was scheduled to have them replaced within a couple of weeks but as soon as they had a cancellation, he fit me in and the job was completed within 5 days of my quote.
