The tiles were reasonably priced and the bathroom turned out beautiful as we had a skilled and knowledgeable installer, NOT from this store. Grossi tile estimated how many tiles we would need based on square footage and then really overestimated on wastage. We ended up buying nearly 4 extra boxes of tile ($200 worth) and they would not allow any returns. They urged us to buy early so we could have the selection available at the time but do not allow returns after 30 days.

these guys brought me a truckload of drywall for my project. the driver and helper (Gus and Kevin) were polite, fun, light hearted and great guys all around. They helped bring all 100+ sheets into the house. these guys work very hard, and I'm not sure how they do this all day, everyday. Incredible work - thank you

Grossi Tile did a great job installing my tiled shower 7 years ago. They happily accepted my business and money. Now we require some repairs, grouting and caulking and they are too busy to even discuss options with me. They can't even recommend anyone. Very sad that they don't support their product.

We ordered our tiles from Grossi on March 13 2017, We ordered too many, leaving us with 2 extra boxes. I called and spoke to the Blonde haired woman who works there, ( I recognized her voice from buying the tiles with her help). she tells me there is a 30% restocking fee, that this is what the supplier charges to restock because of gas and shipping. I asked her who the supplier was, she told me Urban Zebra, I called Urban Zebra and spoke with Anna in the order dept, she tells me the restocking fee is only 20%. Why lie about it, why not just say 20% to Urban zebra and 10% to us. I had thought I liked this store, the staff is friendly, helpful, and organized, only to find out it is organized theft. If you buy tiles and need to return them be ready to pay 30.00 on 100.00. I will keep these tiles and if need be buy from another store that is honest with their customers.Grossi Tiles will NOT be getting anymore of our money.

After shopping many flooring stores in Niagara region we luckily found Grossi. The sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or up selling. We were given great advice on on how to do our stairs & decided on vinyl plank flooring for our home. The price was the best we found and installation went quickly and the work is perfect. It has now been two years and we are still delighted with our flooring. I highly recommend Grossi Tile for price and quality workmanship.
