It took 2 calls and a delay of almost two weeks to contact the firm simply to set up a time to review the job. After being told a quote was forthcoming ( and sample pictures via email ... which never arrived) it took 3 more calls to eventually find out that they were too busy to do the job. Pretty crappy way to run a business. They could've told me that from the outset but it seems they were content to jerk me along. My advice, don't waste your time with this firm and certainly don't believe the Google reviews. I'm finally not.

We hired Dina at Enzokhan Stairs and Railings to build and install our hickory staircase. It was a bit of a complicated job but Dina made sure it was done well and quickly addressed a couple of minor challenges that came up. During our home renovation, we wanted to make our main floor as open concept as possible. We took out a few walls around the stairs to give it a more open feel to the basement vs. the current dark and closed-in stairwell. We now needed railing/banister to go around the top as well as new stairs and railing to finish off the look so it all blended well (our old staircase was just a standard basement staircase with carpet overtop). I called around and Enzokhan was the only company that either returned my phone call or had the time to take on the job. They were QUICK, and they would've been even more quick if it wasn't for me making them wait until we had our floor down to come back and do the balcony railings. The stairs are so sturdy and look amazing - completely transforms the look and feel of our main floor. Craig was great during the quoting process and Brett did an awesome job on the railing install. I do not recall the name of the gentleman that installed the actual staircase but they were very careful bringing it into the house making sure not to damage our new front door. I would highly recommend!!

We've been doing a basement reno this year (2021) and we need new stairs leading to our basement because the first step down was quite a drop. Being new to the St. Catharines area we turned to google and emailed a few different companies to get quote and Enzokhan emailed us back within 24 hours. Due to COVID we sent pictures and video of the stairs and what we were hoping for so they could put a quote together. We were pleasantly surprised when the quote came in, the price was amazing and even our contractor doing the reno commented on what great price it was (keep in mind we were doing something very basic). Upon acceptance of their quote they sent someone over to take proper measurements and within 2 weeks we had new stairs. Installation was so quick too and their installers even took away the old stair materials to dispose of as we didn't have a bin. We're so happy with their service and their pricing we are getting them to quote for another set of stairs and a railing system leading up to the kitchen. If you are looking for new stairs I highly suggest contacting Enzokhan.

We could not be happier with the amazing service we received from this company. My husband had total knee replacement surgery on Tuesday May 15th. The next day, while he was in the hospital I phoned ENZOKHAN Ltd. Stairs & Railings and spoke with Dina, the owner. I explained that my husband would coming be home from the hospital on Friday May 19th and that I wanted to have a simple oak handrail installed in our upper staircase. I wondered if he would be willing to do such a small job, and if so, what the waiting time would be for installation. Not only did Dina agree to do the job, he said he would come to our house on Saturday morning so that my husband did not have to go through the whole Victoria Day long weekend without the safety of having handrails. Dina and his helper arrived right on time and did a beautiful job on the railings. They are rock solid and have made getting up and down the stairs much easier and safer for my husband as he recovers from his surgery. We are very grateful for the kindness shown to us, and happy with the quality of the product, the professional installation and the very reasonable price we were charged. I highly recommend ENZOKHAN. I cannot imagine getting great service like this from a larger company or a big box store. Thank you Dina and crew!

We are incredibly impressed by the product and service we received from Enzokhan this week. From the day we met with Dina in the showroom, we brought our small rambunctious children (3&1) to our appointment because we couldn’t get any help that day. Dina was so kind and understanding, all the chaos running around him did not faze him. It made me feel so comfortable (instead of crawling under the desk in embarrassment). What I appreciated the most is that Dina helped walked us through what is available, in style, etc… we are no railing or stair experts, so his expertise was fantastic. It helped us make a quick decision to move forward. He had a estimate to us by end of day! The estimate was priced competitively. Dina came out to our house and took about 20 minutes to take actual measurements … Official quote was even less money. We were thrilled. Dina figured 2-3 weeks which was on target. With all the pandemic shortages and uncertainties, it was nice to have something on time for once. Graham came out to do our big install. He showed up every morning on time. He did not make a big mess, he kept all his tools and equipment out of the way. He was professional, considerate and kind. Between two small children, a dog, and running a business out of the house he made it easy. We also have contractors working on our upstairs renovation at the same time. I was worried about the two trades overlapping, I didn’t want the contractors to get in Graham’s way. With all the traffic, Graham continued to work around everything going on with a smile on his face. After 5 days and so much attention to detail, Graham did a spectacular job installing our treads, risers, trim, posts, railing and spindles. At completion, Graham cleaned up all of the stairs, the area around it and the garage where he was cutting. I really appreciate a good clean up after a big job. This will be our second time using Enzokhan and without a doubt we will use them again. Fantastic work Dina and Graham!

Our whole experience with Enzokhan has been great. They were very friendly and professional. They were very helpful and provided excellent guidance regarding what our options were. They responded to our email inquiry within a day. They came to measure where our new stairs needed to go a few days later. A week and a half later they were here to install our new stairs. The new stairs look great and feel so much more solid than the old ones. Dina even fixed another set of stairs in our home that were really creaky and are now totally silent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have new stairs installed or have their existing stairs refurbished.

After a lengthy search, we were referred to Dina Khan by a reputable custom home builder in the niagara area. We were told he was “ the best in the peninsula”. This couldn’t be more true! From the very start of our dealings with Dina he was always punctual, professional and passionate about his work. We asked him to replace our existing (builder grade) staircase with an open riser” Hollywood” type staircase. We couldn’t be happier with the final product!! He used top quality materials and the craftsmanship is second to none !! Completely transformed our main floor! Dina and all his CREW are fantastic to work with! I’m a very particular individual and difficult to please...but it was very easy to trust and give Dina complete control of this project! Couldn’t be more pleased. In fact, my husband and I are now grateful that those 3 other companies gave us the run around and ignored our job. We are certain that they would not have done as good a job as ENZOKHAN stairs!!!

This review is a longtime coming. Enzo Khan was referred to us by a friend who was very happy with their work. We too were very impressed with their workmanship. Right from the very beginning Dina went out of his way to make this stair renovation a positive experience. He answered my call on a Sunday when I actually expected to leave a message. What place of business answers the phone on a Sunday? The appointment to come to the house for an estimate was within the week. Other places say they are too busy stating that they can't commit for months. Dina arrived at our house promptly as promised and he was very respectful and polite. The estimate was fair and we set up an appointment to visit the shop to decide on the spindles for our new stair railing and banister. The work was done within the month with conscientiousness and excellent craftsmanship. This was one of the most positive home renovation experiences that we have ever had. Enzo Khan is a company that really cares about their customers. Dina and his workers are all very skilled and professional. Great company! Great guys!
