These guys are fantastic. I called them after my regular maintenance company came 3 times in 3 weeks to fix a leaking tankless water heater - and it was still leaking. But Ed and his crew found the problem immediately, and even discovered the internal circulation had never been turned on. So now I not only have no leak, but my hot water comes much sooner out of the facets. Highly recommend Ed. (and super nice guy to boot)

I called to report gas coming into my window from a gas exhaust outside. The person said they would text me back regarding a service call that they would do in a few days. Nobody contacted me after a week. I called the company again and was told "they probably just haven't got to it yet". Gas smell in a home? "haven't got to it " in a week? I expected better.
