Had a broken shower handle. I assumed it required a new valve. These guys agreed and said they would have to fix it through the wall and gave me a quote. The quote I thought was high so I got a second opinion. In the meantime opened up the wall in an attempt to save some money. Second opinion plumber (Rescue Rooter) told me it simply needed a new cartridge and installed the new trim for half the previous quote. I do not doubt these guys would have done good work but failing to recognize a simple fix or worse, taking advantage of a customer, are big problems and I am glad I got the 2nd opinion.

I cannot recommend Ron and his team highly enough. Shortly after moving into our house in St Catharines, our basement flooded and we had to reach out real estate agent for a plumbing recommendation. I called a couple of the suggested companies, but when I got Ron, even though I was calling out of the blue, it was like we were old customers.It was late Saturday and Ron couldn't make it out that evening, but could he come and have a look the next morning? When was the last time you had a tradesperson offer to come to your house on a Sunday? Ron arrived promptly, assessed the situation and guaranteed he'd have a crew in the next day, which he did. Later we had another flooding issue, and this time they were at our house within a half hour. They expertly cleaned the drain and had us back to normal in an hour from the time I called. These guys are efficient, caring and professional. Highly recommended. (Oh, yeah -- and very reasonable,too. Ron did not even bill us for his Sunday house call.)

We have an older home, built in 1948, and have hired Canada's Pro Plumbing twice now to do a variety of plumbing tasks in the basement - digging up the old concrete floor, replacing pipes, installing a backflow preventer, adding a p-trap to the floor drain, installing a new laundry tub and bringing the pipes up to code, etc. We would not hesitate to hire Canada's Pro Plumbing the next time we need more work done. The staff is curious and friendly, the work is excellent, the service is on time, and the prices are reasonable and fair. They don't turn away jobs because they are too small and they do not gouge you. Super nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.

Our water shut off tap was leaking a fair amount we had to empty our bucket twice a day. We called Canada’s Pro Plumbing and they were just so helpful and nice. We had to call the City to shut off the outside water but when they arrived they couldn’t shut it off because it was broken at the curb , the plumber waited to see if they could get it off but they couldn’t. The next morning the plumber showed up did all the work well and our bill was extremely reasonable. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.
