I asked Dale and team to have a look at my roof. They swung by climbed all over it, gave me a detailed report on what I should attend to now, including issues with chimney which I would not have known about! Told me I had a year to two max left on shingles. I have dealt with Dale on other matter, honest, straight forward and very communicative.

We bought a new house and 1 year warranty was coming to an end, another roofing company had originally done the work not Unger Roofing. Dale from Unger Roofing came out and inspected the roof and I am glad he did as he found issues with the roof that needed attention of the company that had originally installed the roof before the warranty expired.Dale supplied a detailed list of what was wrong. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Hired them to seal the attic with spray foam, they redid the ducting on the bathroom fan, charged be $800 and never even ended up sealing the attic.
