We were seeking a contractor to replace old limestone rock walls around the gardens in our backyard with modern stackstone retaining walls. The Pavingstone Pros did a great job of replicating all the winding bends and terraced levels of our gardens, and managed to do it all without damaging any of the existing perennials and shrubbery. The finished job is beautiful. Their quote was competitive and the work was carried out in a timely fashion. We highly recommend The Pavingstone Pros for any project requiring this type of contractor. Adam and his team have earned all five stars.

We had a slight problem with a sidewalk that the Pros did for us two years ago (I suspect the problem was due to soil shrinkage due to our hot dry summer rather than a workmanship issue) however the Pros agreed to fix the problem under their warranty coverage which I felt was very good service. I reasonably did not expect to see them until the end of construction season when they would have some spare time but I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up one Saturday morning less than two weeks after I initially contacted them. They were finished within a few hours and our sidewalk was as good as new again. An indication of a good company is not only the quality of their work during initial installation but how well they handle warranty service. The Pavingstone Pros are excellent in their warranty support. If you are looking for someone to do a pavingstone project for you I highly recommend the Pavingstone Pros.

Adam and his partners created a beautiful landscape for us this past summer. They started the project when they said they would and completed the job in just over a week. The quality of workmanship was to the highest standard at an excellent price point. They were absolutely excellent to work with. My wife and I changed our design on two separate occasions while the job was in progress and Adam created the Patio, pathways and separate hot tub pad and patio to specification without any reservation or hesitation. I cannot say enough how professional this company was and utterly beautiful our backyard is because of the Paving Stone Pros. We are located in Tuxedo beside the newly constructed home lottery house and numerous people have commented that our stone work and design is absolutely beautiful. We agree!

I recently had the Pavingstone Pros do some work for me and was very impressed with the work. And I found their rates very reasonable. They widened my front driveway a few feet, to increase my parking space, and created a path to my front door. It looks great, and they did an excellent job of grading the stone to account for my sloped yard. I found Brian, who was the initial point of contact, and Adam very easy to speak with and they very patient with my many questions and e-mails. It wasn’t a big job but I feel they treated me with the same attention and care as a big job (something I wasn’t seeing from the other companies I had approached for estimates). I was also quite impressed with how much care they took cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

If you like throwing away your hard earned cash than call these guys, I called them and explained what was needing to be done at my home. They were very abrupt and disrespectful on the phone. I explained that I was severely injured in an accident and they made me feel like I was incompetent and lazy. They were trying to charge me way more than the quotes I’d received by other companies. I’m on a limited income and they were going take from myself and my kids! Shameful business practice. I’d suggest calling other places first. This is not even a last resort. Do your research before they manage to steal from you. Thanks guys for making me feel incompetent. Real “professionals” here.

Adam and his crew did a very good job with what we asked him to do but what separates an ordinary business from a really good business is how they handle any issues after the fact. We had some settling with our patio that did not give us the proper drainage and they came out and took care of the problem on very short notice. Would recommend them and will most probably use them next year to do some deck work.

I got 4 quotes and chose these guys as the winners. Then they sent me the contract. That contract was the most unconscionable, one-sided contract I have ever seen. Clauses 2,3 and 4 basically put all the risk on to you, including the fact that it might cost more than they estimated. I raised this issue with them, and they were as flexible as a paving stone. Another red flag - not good with conflict resolution. They earned stars by fully refunding my deposit. Who knows... maybe they do good work. Excerpts from dealing with them: "Our wait list is currently growing, so I wanted to make sure I could get you on there sooner than later..." i.e. choose us soon! "... would you be open to referring us to friends and family after our project is complete with you?" "Total = Normally $9768, for you only $6,408"
