This company has slightly changed their name so that you will only see these good reviews (which I question as actually being legitimate). Look up “Global Interior Professional Renovations” and you will see more bad reviews. Although they haven’t worked in my house since last spring, I felt I needed to write a review so that they couldn’t prey on more homes just because they slightly changed to a new name. They make you take a permit out in your name so that they don’t have liability. All of the shoddy looking work aside, they also did dangerous work. The “free” lights they advertise with a basement Reno are not legal in Canada and do not pass inspection. (They told me there was no such thing as “closing out a permit with inspection” and demanded final payment.) I did not pass final inspection. Not only did I have to replace all of the lighting with lighting certified to be used in Canada, it turned out the way the “electrician” installed them was a gigantic fire hazard. The city of Winnipeg has told me they are changing their permit inspection process because of this unsafe work (they used to not double check the wiring of pot lights during final inspection).

This company is awesome! We are incredibly happy with the final product which is superb. This sturdy concrete-backed wall-like fence enhances the security and privacy of our property. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality fence at a very reasonable price.

We are very impressed and happy with the work that was done for us. They were quick to respond to our initial inquiry and provide a quote. They also gave us some advice to make our space more complete and we are so happy to have followed it. The teams showed up on time, were professional and friendly. They made quick work of installing the ducting for our rangehood. We appreciate the patience the tiling team showed while installing our arabesque/lantern style backsplash tile. It looked challenging and required a lot of measurements / small cuts to get it perfect. There was no tile damaged or wasted pieces at the end of the installation. We also appreciate them reinstalling our open shelves over the tile. We just didn't want to drill into our beautiful new porcelain backsplash. They take great pride in their work and it shows. They left us with all edges clean and finished. The stainless steel sparkled once he was done.

Vitali and his guys (sorry, my memory isn't as good as it could be, so I don't recall any other names), did a really good job. The only issue I had was the bathroom mirror. It was placed on the wall too low. The previous mirror was removed and reused, but not its hardware, it was glued so it couldn't be easily moved up. Everything else was done very professionally.

My husband and I recently bought a house with an unfinished basement. A friend of ours recommended Global Interior Inc based on the reviews they have online. We are very fortunate that we entrusted them with our basement construction. Eugene and Vitaly gave us the best value for money basement. We are really happy with the finished basement it really complemented and enhanced the existing structure. They are professional all throughout the construction period and even after the project was turned over to us we can still call them if we have concerns. We highly recommend them and give them more than 5 stars for experience, reputation, flexibility and ability to listen to what we wanted. They even gave us free services that were not included in the contract like the backsplash in our kitchen (it made our kitchen look good and spacious), they changed the doorknobs for free and did some baseboard repairs in the existing washrooms.
