Service was decent through out the renovation some of the subcontractors were really good and others not so much. Lots of screws were not installed into drywall deep enough now walls and ceiling need repair. And if you need anything replaced under warranty after the work is done and paid for good luck getting anyone to respond.

Hired them to tear down an old addition on my house and build a new one, and re-shingle the roof, approximately 8 years ago. They repeatedly missed deadlines, didn't respond to messages, didn't do work when they said they were doing to, and the work took twice as long as I was quoted. I caught them lying to me several times (said they were waiting for permits that had been approved weeks earlier, said I could stay in the house during construction when it was clearly not livable). Found out last year when I went to sell the house they'd never gotten the final inspection or closed the open permits, and that the ventilation wasn't to code. In fairness the work was generally done well, and I really liked the sub contractor they got for the roof, but it was a miserable experience and I'd never hire them again.
