The work proceeded smoothly and they did a small repair on my neighbor's driveway where they had to replace a few pavers. I would recommend this business to anyone needing concrete repairs.

I had Ben and his team out just last week to pour a new garage pad in my back yard. First thing I can say about Ben and his crew... they were EARLY! So often I encounter professionals who are late, leave mysteriously early, or sometimes don't seem to show an interest in getting the job done. Ben was on time, ready to go, and did a great job. Ben was very responsive when I had questions, came out to provide an estimate VERY quickly, and was competitive in his quote. He was very helpful and answered all of my (dumb) questions. I got Ben and his crew to remove old and put in new concrete on my driveway a year and a half ago. His team was professional, fast, and everything was completed as quoted. I had received 3 quotes from different companies and Ben's was the least expensive, he also noticed how my garage had sunk and we adjusted accordingly for that. During the concrete removal a small chunk of my remaining driveway was taken out by a bobcat, once I pointed it out to Ben there were no issues with him fixing it as well. So far almost two years later and the concrete is still in excellent shape. Throughout the whole process I talked with Ben directly or the company secretary, they were always quick to reply and I was never left waiting around. I would highly recommend Ben and his team for any other jobs. Update - I had got Ben to do another small job last spring. Again it was excellent work and Ben oversaw the project himself. Still would highly recommend.

Ben's Concrete Works did my garage pad along with my new front side walk. Part of the original quote was to remove my old garage pad. At first inspection he thought it would take around 1/2 hour but ran into all sorts of problems. It ended up taking him and his crew a total of 3 1/2 hours. He refused to take any additional money. Man of his word. Ben was amazing to work with from the original quote to the final inspection and he has fantastic crew working for him. One of the most professional contractors I've meet and always putting the customers satifaction first. The job ran extremely smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend him for any of your concrete needs.

After obtaining a few quotes from concrete contractors based on google reviews, I had Ben and his crew pour an insulated pad for my new garage/shop. Although Ben did have the best quote, the real reason I went with him was because he took the time to answer my questions and discuss my plans to the point where I felt comfortable. Even when Ben could not answer my email the same day, his Office Manager Monica would email me back to let me know when he would review it and reply. That kind of consideration and professionalism is rare in my experience! While the work was being done, Ben and all of his crew were approachable and friendly.
