Had Tyler and his crew come out after the heat wave to do 70 ft of driveway and new sidewalks . Quality was very good and the team was always at the house first thing every day.. I liked the professionalism they brought to the job site. Wish there was a little more street cleanup at the end of the project but really it’s insignificant.

Pros: - Competitive Pricing - Superior Quality - Friendly and Professional - Flexible when obstacles arise Cons: - Heavily booked - Communication could have been a bit more proactive. Overall: Highly Recommended as long as your are patient Tyler and his crew were fantastic to deal with. I have an inverted slope driveway that required a trench drain to siphon the water away from the garage. That along with some hidden hurdles like giant tree roots and and old concrete pad made this a more difficult job than usual, but OneOfAKind took it all in stride and did a fantastic job. They are very busy, so book EARLY in the season (I had originally called at the end of May, and Tyler was up front about being booked until the end of August, when then stretched over a little into September). The quality is worth the wait, however. (note about the photos: taken at different stages of completion. For example, not all of the rebar they used is shown in the last photo. Concrete is still curing as it was only poured 3 days ago).

Great prompt professional service. I had a concrete pad replace at my rental property and a new front walks with heated coiled in the concrete done at a brand new house. Tyler and his crew was very professional, prompt and polite. They arrived at 7:00 in the morning like they said they would, concrete arrived at 7:30 am and they were working away all day at it. Wonderful workmanship. They even left the construction site cleaner than it was before. No issues at all - Tyler was right on the job and on top of everything. And he even said he will come back in the spring to seal the concrete again. Takes real pride in his work. Tyler and his crew provided outstanding workmanship with extreme attention to detail when they came to remove and replace our driveway and place a new sidewalk. They even took the time to back fill the area where they removed the old sidewalk and they placed the grass they took out for the new sidewalk where the old one was. They were on time daily and worked hard all day, it was a pleasure to see the way they worked so well together and cared about each step of the process. They took the time each day to make sure the area was cleaned up before they left and made sure to keep us informed as to when they would be back in the morning. We have had comments from many of our neighbours about how impressed they were with every aspect of the job and how good both the driveway and sidewalk look. Wow! Tyler and his team are great. They really know concrete and they did a fantastic job replacing my 19 year old aggregate driveway. The finished product looks amazing, way past my expectations and I have high expectations. They cleaned up thoroughly everyday and completed the driveway quickly. I must comment on his attention to detail, we had lots of rain the week of the work and Tyler and his team kept the job site dry by coming back a couple of times each night with pumps to remove the water on top of the water barrier. He decided to change his original plan to have multiple pours on different days to work around the rain and to get the job completed on time. You cannot tell the difference from the 3 different pours. I get comments all the time on how nice the driveway looks. I would highly recommend 1 OAK Concrete if you are considering any kind of concrete work. 11 out of 10 from me. Thanks Tyler and his team.
