Mario redid half of our main floor including a replacing the popcorn ceiling, adding a new bedroom and bathroom, opening a structural wall and replacing the plumbing in our entire house. It was a huge project! Mario's guys did a great job and were very tidy and courteous to have in our home. We had no concerns about the work. I am taking off one star because we did not find his drafts person meticulous enough for us with measurements and because the job took longer than expected. That being said Mario checks the most important boxes for me: - Project done well. - Project completed near to original quote. (within 5% if I remember correctly) - Work was permitted. We also appreciate Mario working with us. Several other contractors were not interested in our project as it was a complicated request. Mario implemented all of our plans (including installing a 100 year old bath tub!) and addressed pre-existing issues with the house along the way.

Mario and his team did a great job replacing the windows in multiple condos in the complex where I live, including my own. As a member of the condo board, it was such an a huge help to work with someone who takes care of every detail possible. He collaborated well with the multiple owners he needed to work with and made it a comfortable experience for everyone. In addition to windows, he proactively found an issue which caused mold in one unit. He was able to come up with a cost effective solution for a complex situation. Mario and his team were professional and you can tell they really care about the work they do. Mario has an attention for detail like no one else, and that quality shines through in the work he produces. I would highly recommend Mario for your renovations!

I was looking for a contractor, wanting a third estimate. As I was walking through my neighbourhood I saw Mario’s Business information on a lawn, I quickly took down his info & am I glad I did. Mario has been professional, timely in his responses & he has a network of skilled & knowledgeable trades people. When he came to do the estimate he brought everyone, the deck, window, flooring & paint trades, we did a very thorough walk through & was I impressed! The estimates have not varied, the workmanship is excellent. The addition that was added looks like it was an original build. You cannot tell that another room was added. It is exactly what we wanted and with a few minor hiccups the job was done with professionalism and attention to all the details. This room is on the second level and we also added a balcony. I would highly recommend Mario and his team as they get the job done with a minimum amount of disruption to your home and yard. Thanks Mario we are enjoying this new room every day!!

We had Mario replace our backyard brick patio with a new concrete pad. We chose to have the patio stamped with a design that looked like barn wood planking in a grey color. We had complications due to mother nature and all the massive rain storms we had in June that caused delays. But when the weather cleared and things dried up sufficiently, they got it finished and it turned out awesome. We are totally happy with the results and the crew did an excellent job.

At the onset, we communicated what work we wanted done and this was accomplished in a very professional manner with very high standards. The crew on site was very friendly and did a great job. I’ve had a lot of compliments from the neighbours. Mario was easy to talk to, very down to earth. The door installation may have been a smaller job, but when it’s time to finish my basement I will give Mario a call again. Highly recommend

Our tired old kitchen in our condo was needing a complete renovation. We found Mario through the internet and since he was close by we called and arranged a meeting. Boy, are we glad we did! From start to finish(6 weeks as promised) we were kept fully informed as to what would happen each day. All the contractors he brought in were very polite and professional and listened to what we wanted. All floors and walls were protected. New seamless counter top with sink, Gem Cabinets with under cabinet LED lighting, LED pot lights, additional power outlets all combined to make our kitchen a dream come true. When Mario says “Be prepared to be impressed” he really means it. There were no short cuts or quickie fixes. Everything was done to perfection. Next stage will be the bathrooms and guess who we will be calling.
