I'm a Resident manager at a building in Spruce Grove. I'm very happy using their services. The owner, Bert is always easy to reach. The techs are so reliable, hardworking and so enthusiastic in their work. Highly recommend Black Stone Mechanical.

Thieves, liars and con men. The only thing they don’t do is mechanical work! These guys stole thousands of dollars on fake service calls over a two year period and did nothing to fix the issue. Called in another company and they had the issue fixed in one day. It is either incompetence or thievery. Not sure which is worse.

They send plumbers to work on HVAC equipment. The worst mechanical company I have ever had to deal with. They will send anyone with a pulse to a job just so they can send a bill. They can't do anything but change belts and filters. Horrible.

These guys are amazing. I had a flood in my house and they sent someone down to take a look right away. The professionalism and expertise that was shown was above an beyond. The gentleman that was assigned to looking after my flood was very polite and very knowledgeable of the issues. He did not push anything on me that wasn't required and guided me in the right direction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any issues or even just questions.
