First, during the submission, the owner, Mr. Jean-François Bouchard comes to my house with a submission made in the rules. No ambiguity! ! He recommends excellent products to me to renovate our roof. With his experience which inspires confidence, the submission is clear and complete and without hesitation he answers all my questions. Good price, good warranty, good presentation, so out of the three bids I had done, I have no choice but to give him approval to redo the roof. We are in May 2021 and he gives me an approximate date for the beginning of July 2021. To conclude, he has just left our property surely with the feeling of duty accomplished :) Everything is perfect! His competent, polite, smiling, helpful team (of four people of Guatemalan origin) would make many of our Quebec workers blush. So, no need to tell you that I am a super satisfied customer with the work accomplished. If I have a rating to give, it's 5 stars and 10/10 no less, therefore, I highly recommend this Saguenay company. Well done and thank you! Premièrement, lors de la soumission, le propriétaire M.Jean-François Bouchard se présente chez moi avec une soumission faite dans les règles. Aucune ambiguité ! ! Il me recommande d'excellents produits pour refaire notre toiture à neuf. Avec son expérience qui inspire confiance, la soumission est claire et complète et sans hésitation il répond à toutes mes interrogations. Bon prix, bonne garantie, bonne présentation, alors sur les trois soumissions que j'ai fait faire, je n'ai d'autre choix que de lui donner l'approbation pour refaire la toiture. Nous sommes en mai 2021 et il me donne une date approximative pour début juillet 2021. Pour conclure, Il vient tout juste de quitter notre propriété avec sûrement le sentiment du devoir accompli :) Tout est parfait ! Son équipe (de quatre personnes d'origine Guatémaltèque) compétente, polie, souriante, serviable et j'en passe, ferait rougir plusieurs de nos travailleurs Québécois. Donc, pas besoin de vous dire que je suis un client super satisfait du travail accompli. Si j'ai une note à donner, c'est 5 étoiles et 10/10 pas moins, donc, je recommande fortement cette entreprise du Saguenay. Bravo et Merci ! Serge Brassard
