Worst experience ever... not sure what products they put on our lawn but the results are a joke. Customer services lies constantly, gave them a chance to make it right and they still screwed it up.. Remember, you get what you pay for... I fell for this for many years with the idea that my lawn was not a quick fix. I was wrong. Switched companies mid season and after one treatment the results are astounding. Once again, this review is posted as the supervisor of Customer Service made assurances that he would contact me... he was fully aware that this review would be posted if I did not hear from him... He did not and in fact after many attempt to contact him I have yet to reach him. Do your research.... spend a little more to get what you deserve.

This is a scam to take money from people who doesn't understand what they do, by calling you after EVERY VISIT to tell you something else is missing on your yard: every time they offer a new product/service, be it pH, insecticide. They will call every time, you will not get rid of them. In addition to that, they come to your land and spread the treatment in less than five minutes on a 3000 feet yard. Je les appelent pour leurs dire et ils me repondent, ça prend 3 semaines avant que le produit fonctionne, ah alors vous voulez me dire que la semaine prochaine les pissenlits vont disparaître!!! ???? Plus jamais je n'irais avec cette cie. Oui leurs prix est moins dispendieux, mais vous payer pour des produits qui ne fonctionnent pas. J’ai bien mentionné que cela urgeait à cause des fourmis. Je paie à l’avance et on me garantit que j’aurais mes traitements dans les 8 à 10 jours ouvrables. Quelle blague!!! Le 30 mai était le 10e jr ouvrable. J’attends, j’attends pis j’ai toujours des fourmis. Le 4 juin, Paysagement Communautaire vient faire un traitement chez ma voisine (qui n'avait pas payé à l'avance) et s’en retourne??? J’appelle! On me dit que je suis planifié pour le 12 juin (19e jr ouvrable)! Faut pas oublier que le déplacement se fait à partir de St-Jean sur le Richelieu et l’employé était juste à côté de chez moi! Le 12 juin, pas de visite! J’appelle, on me dit : vous n’êtes pas sur notre liste de prochains clients. Ben là j’ai perdu patience!!! On me rappelle, on va y aller demain sans faute! Demain le 13 juin, problème technique, désolé on ne pourra pas y aller! Ben là j’ai perdu…..!!! Finalement, j’ai eu leur visite le 14 juin (21e jr ouvrable). Traitements pour les vers et les fourmis sont le même produit, seulement un arrosage de plus sur le solage mais le prix est supérieur. J'ai encore des fourmis ds la maison à ce jour en juillet !!!

J'ai de la difficulté de comprendre que l'arroseur exécute ce travail si vite; il coupe les coins ronds et peut-être aussi, que le produit est trop dilué. Ça fait au moins 2 ans que je fais traiter mon terrain par eux pour les vers blancs et aussi pour les 4 traitements saisonniers. Je n'ai jamais eu une pelouse SI LAIDE et jaunie...LA CONFIANCE N'EST PLUS. Je crois que l'entreprise a beaucoup trop de travail dans un court temps...

Quand le technicien est venu il a passé tres vite, il a laissé la feuille du travail accomplie, j avais pris extra pour les arbres , n étant pas coché cela veut dire non fait mais on me dit lors de l appel téléphonique que c est fait. I agree with others who gave a bad review. The company is a scam, please don't be fooled by the low pricing, when its too good to be true it usually isn't true. I first bought the 8 services of fertilizer, weed control, and insecticide for $150. after the first visit someone called and tried to sell me two services to increase my PH $130 and I added seeds since my lawn is thinning for $65..there goes another $200. After the guy came to apply seeding and PH, I did not see any visible seeds on my lawn!!! Right now Weed are all over the place. I have now spent over $350 this year and my lawn looks worst then last year when I didn't spend a dime! This company is a telemarketing scheme which tries to upcharges their clients by selling something they don't need and I doubt the solutions they actually apply is fake or low grade. After reading the other review below I know I am not the only one. CLIENT BEWARE....when users post a 5 star review and it is their only review on google it most likely is FAKE as WELL!

Aren't these guys the pro's in lawn? Far from it. I called and asked for a representative to show up and complete my weed treatments because the lawn is out of control I spent 6h+ removing the weeds manually. As you can see in photo this is what my lawn looks like after 2 years with these guys.
