We contacted the owner back in October to come and hook up our heat pump. He strung us along for over 2 months and kept putting it off until he finally just stopped answering my calls. At that point is was well into the cold season and we were back to the bottom of everyone else's wait list. Finally found someone else for mid January. Can't help but be resentful that we got strug along for so long and then left hanging, especially since we are in desperate need of heat this time of year.
