Absolutely THE WORST customer service EVER. I have never had a good experience going into their shop to purchase plumbing materials or inquire about service calls - not once. Office staff make you feel like you are inconveniencing them and are downright cold and rude. They consistently price gouge on basic plumbing supplies that usually cost half as much at the local hardware store. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
