I had an odd situation occurring with the city that was becoming pretty difficult to navigate on my own. It was exasperated by the fact that the city wanted me to involve an engineer ($$$) but I didn't have or didn't want to spend a bunch of money on the discovery process. The outcome could have meant moving out of the city or just not proceeding. I needed to make a decision on construction without even knowing what construction would meet the city's requirements. Alex and his contacts helped guide me through the process and provided the advice I needed without breaking the bank. Super easy to work with, very sympathetic of the situation and definitely someone I would 100% trust to work on my home/business, when I'm ready to, not when the city thinks I should have to!
