We had problems with our attic earlier this year. Ultimate Insulation came out and gave a thorough, and free, inspection and estimate. Ultimately the work in the estimate was done within our home warranty. When all was said and done, we requested Ultimate Insulation return to inspect the attic once again and confirm that all was well. We expected to pay for this, but they did it again free of charge. So even though I cannot speak for their workmanship, I can say that both Joel and Wade are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I would not hesitate to call them again. Hey it's Us

I am sure that many businesses would happily sell me insulation that I do not need. Wade Murray was better than that. He advised me to leave well enough alone with my attic, saving me unnecessary insulation expenses. Furthermore, Wade took 45 minutes out of his day to educate me on the history of insulation methods, which is fascinating by the way. As a former city councillor, Wade was knowledgeable about my neighbourhood and took the time to chat with me about it. Without question, I was delighted with the consultation I received from Ultimate Insulation.

We had to wait a month or so for the consult but it was well worth the wait. Ultimate Insulation - The Attic Experts resolved an issue we had with a leak in the vapour barrier over our gas fireplace. It was in an area that was difficult to access and we had to coordinate with the company who re-shingled our roof to get access to the area and get it re-shingled after fixing the vapour barrier. They also added more insulation to that area and another part of the attic. They were very friendly and professional, charged a fair price and performed the service promptly. Not only would I recommend them for insulation, but I also strongly recommend you have them look at an attic before re-shingling. Roofing companies re-shingle but most do not identify issues under the shingles. Ultimate uses the latest technology to detect heat loss and trouble spots as well as their own experienced eyes and common sense. They are thorough and not interested in pushing unnecessary services and costs.

These guys were great! Wade came out to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable, friendly and up front. He provided a free estimate/assessment of our attic and presented us with our options, pros and cons etc. The day of the job, the crew was on time, courteous and clean. Wade had been referred to me regarding a concern about potential mold in our basement. On arrival, he indicated his company didn't specifically deal with that matter but he would still be happy to take a look at the problem. On doing so, he determined we did not have a concern but he detected a problem with our crawl space de-humidifier. He voluntarily spoke with the service company and explained the situation. The problem was quickly resolved. Wade had no obligation to do anything for us but his history of prior community service and the outstanding customer service at Ultimate Insulation came to the forefront. I was referred to this company from my friend who was so impressed from the initial phone call to ask questions about his attic concerns to the follow-up service call he received from this company. I contacted them with concerns about having adequate insulation in our attic as in our 2 storey home it's noticeably cooler on the 2nd storey. Wade came to our house and I was also very impressed by his attention to detail and professional service and advice. In the end he gave me piece of mind that nothing was in immediate need of being upgraded or replaced and pointed out one minor thing that I could do myself that was an easy fix on my own to help with the condensation from moisture escaping into the attic as well as a future consideration down the road when my shingles need replacing (adding two more roof vents). I highly recommend them to anyone who wants top of the line professional service. ????????

Wade inspected our attic and took the time to explain what was required in order to get proper air flow in the attic. He also explained what we had that was working for air exchange and how to supplement that to control humidity in the house. Ultimate installed baffle vents around the perimeter of the attic of our 1970's built home, sealed the attic hatch, and explained that our soffits were plywood covered with newer soffit material and required modification. The soffit work ensured systemic air exchange in the attic. Ultimate also installed an automatic humidity sensing bathroom fan and ducting to properly vent it out the roof to help keep household humidity under control. Wade’s expertise built a level of trust with us and the crew’s skilled and efficient performance made Ultimate Insulation an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their excellent customer service and quality work have given us peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Ultimate Insulation as an attic expert!

Wade Murray came out to our house and did a very thorough inspection of the home. Our humidity in the house was very high but we couldn’t figure out what it was from. Wade found out that the problem wasn’t due to poor insulation but our HRV unit (even though he isn’t a plumber). It’s been less than two weeks but our humidity is already half. If your looking for someone who is very professional & thorough, this is the company you should be dealing with.

Talking to anyone about troubled roof’s in Regina, I constantly was asked “have you talked to Wade”? When roof experts are recommending him, there is no question he’s the right man/company for the job. This team of experts went above and beyond the job requested and required (and the cost was substantially under budget). Wade gathered the right crew for an extensive roof replacement. Roof removed, insulation applied throughout, and re-covered in 2 days flat. We made a plan a month in advance, and the crew was ready to go on the exact start date (the weather cooperated). A crew of 15 worked like a well versed ballet group. All members respected the neighbours, cleaned up job site, and worked hard throughout the job. I am very hesitant to hire jobs of this magnitude out, due to shallow pockets, the tendency to do it myself, and am leery about trades crews. I have never been more happy with the decision to get Wade + crew here. Highly highly recommend.

Pretty much the rockstars of contractors. Super friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. There's a reason they have so many 5 star reviews on here, they earn it. You can also trust them to back up their work. Over a year after they did work for us, extreme winds caused one of the roof vents they installed to slightly dislodge. They came over immediately and repaired it. They also repaired some of our shingles that had ripped off from the wind for free as well, which was really appreciated.
