Here we offer you the reviews of people like you who purchase the products of Town & Country Plumbing Heating Electrical (Contractor) around Regina area (Canada).
To this day the firm gets a rating of 4.3 out of 5 and this rating was based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is very good, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the rating is quite credible. If people have bothered to leave their opinion when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Contractor is included in the category of Plumber.
Poor - Fair is being generous sadly there is not a lower rating on here. To start off my great experience they did the work but forgot to light the pilot light so when I got home a few days later my pet fish was dead and I still don't know how I didn't blow out my pipes as the house was a freezer. 3 months to get my gas hooked up propery without leaks with them showing up 4 times calling me a liar each and every time. I was called a liar by their Employee Mr. Schultz and told by the manager, Mr. Turgeon, that I was trying to get out of paying my bill. Had I not with-held the funds in full until the job was completed I would have never seen these clowns again as it was a headache to get them back when they still had 1200 to collect. They finally did find their leak, it was on the first joint that they made, made by an apprentice and it was never checked by the journeyman with him. I will never deal with them again and it is clear that with a trucks and vans all over the city they really don't do quality work its quick work and when there are issues they blame the customer. I could write for days on each experience, the way they talked to my tennants who had to deal with the gas smell, etc.... Quite simply open the yellow pages and randomly call anyone else and I'm sure you will get better service. Oh to top it all off when they found the leak and fixed it they assured me it was a minor leak and that it really didn't make a difference...I mean other than the fact it no longer smelt like gas. They also tried to tell me it was the smell of burn off from my dryer......I get angry even typing this stay away from these guys
Great place to work and full of knowledgeable staff!
Overall wonderful experience. I raised the request online and received call from them. Got appointment booked, received confirmation call on the day of the appointment. Tammy provided all the possible options and quote was emailed to me the same evening. Appointment was booked for the installation. Technicians did the installation, provided the information and maintaince required. So everything went according to the plan. No glitches or any communication gap. Highly recommended. Very professional
Great service. Fast and efficient.
I've worked with this company for more than 20 years and they've always done great work for me on heating, plumbing and electrical. Their most recent work, done just a couple of weeks ago, was the most unusual job they've done for me yet: installing a Level 2 charger for my new electric car. They haven't done many of these installs yet and they had to work through some unique issues with me to get it connected in my 1950s-era house, but they did the work flawlessly and with impressive neatness and precision, too. I highly recommend these folks. They're the best.
I’m OK with a service call payment but charging me to pick up a part it’s so silly between the. Service call and to pick up the part it was a quarter of the bill
Wonderful group of people with exceptional customer service mindset. I've been very happy with their services.
Thanks to the crazy winter storm, we had a tree fall and take out our power lines. Saskpower was not able to repair the lines until we had our panel fixed. Town and Country was able to come the same day and fix us right! They were here late into the evening and fixed our neighbour's also. Now Saskpower can do their thing and give us power so we don't freeze anymore. Thank you again for coming out in the cold and helping us!
My 3 year old Lennox furnace stopped working on a extremely cold day and I called for service early in morning. They were very busy but assured me that they would get someone out as soon as possible. Mid afternoon the technician (Keith Moore) called to say he was on the way and on arrival quickly diagnosed the problem. He got authorization for warranty coverage for my furnace and replaced the defective part in a short time. I have always received excellent customer service from Town and Country and have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.
Always had a great experience with Town & Country. Great service.
Have been a loyal customer for 6& 1/2 years since they installed our new furnace. We even bought maintenance packages in advance to be a "preferred" customer...which allegedly would bump us to the top of waiting lists for service. Not only did we have to remind them of that upon every request, now we get told our "fall" maintenance had to be in 2 months, as that's how far ahead they're booking....sorry, I have now taken my business elsewhere and am much more satisfied with the service!
A very good Experience!
Sales person was wonderful. Insightful and knowledgable non sight and answered all our questions before we purchased anything. The techs who came were kind, quick and efficient. Very helpful and did a good job leaving the basement clean.
I have used Town Country for repairs as well as new home installations and no matter the work that provide great work at fair prices and they are definitely customer responsive. They are the only company that I would use.
Thanks a lot, Jordon Lamont is so good , He is very professional and patient, and also help me fixed some other problems , thank you very much!
We finished our basement and T&C did all the plumbing, duct work, and electrical. No complaints - everything was done on time when they said it would be and their people are awesome.
Good response times and quick service. A bit on the pricey side for some of the services though. We had just taken possession of our house, and unfortunately the water heater died 3 days after. Town and Country was able to take the annual servicing visit we had scheduled and turn it into a quick service call, which we appreciated. Interestingly though - this would be the 4th water heater in 8 years at the house. We asked if that was normal, or if there was an underlying cause - told, "These things just happen sometimes." which leads me to wonder if they're truly interested in fixing root causes instead of patching the problem for more business. EDIT: Thank you for the response and taking my concerns to heart. The info below is definitely helpful - the service manager was the individual who had left us the message RE: 'these things just happen.' Perhaps there was a follow-up planned - but we didn't hear back any further (and there was no follow-up number left to call back). He had also indicated that despite having the work order - he could not share any information about previous work done at the house. We did end up getting it all worked out though, so thank you!
bad workmanship, on our hrv the dampners were either taken off or never installed when in the manual said from the factory are sopposed to be on. In the manual the defrost mode doesn't come turned on you have to turn it on and they didn't know this at all not even the service manager. How much gas i have paid in the lats 5 years because the air coming through the hrv was to cold not being balanced because the dampner wasn't on and the defrost mode was't on . also found out why the ice built in the sock was there going to the hrv that they could't get fixed. When they pulled the sock to the outside hood they sealed it but they never pulled the insulation up to it so it made a moisture area and built up ice throughtout. to let people know. Anyways i have gotten these fixed this past winter and my heating i was able to drop it a degree and a half and that's huge. i had to pay for the fixing on my own dime and all the service manager said was he did't know about putting it into defrost mode or the other things and said thanks for the info and he will have to do more research.
New house with Sump Pump broken stop working within 1.5 year. They say not cover by warranty but replaced pump charged $80 + $90(labor). The 1/3 hp pump only cost $70 in HomeDepot
BRAVO ! Big thanks to Jordan and Cruise and Jason for you guys' efficient work done yesterday afternoon. You guys not only saved my beloved deck but also find a perfect place to install the A/C. No doubt to say you know you job very very well indeed, plus your clear and straight forward communications. Last but not least, Jordan showed his hearted care for us by sharing us more, after installation done, about maintanance, warranty and usage tips as well as honest advices about our humidifiers, which were told not working by others in the past years. So many more to tell here ... I would give a ten stars if applicable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
I connected with Town & Country through Costco. They were very helpful and sent a sales rep within a few days. I received a very reasonable quote and they were able to take payment and order a new furnace almost immediately. In less than 2 weeks the install was scheduled and their work crew was at my home installing the furnace. It took almost a whole day, but they were happy to communicate the steps in the process and walked me through everything. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I was very satisfied with the installation and with their clear communication during the whole process. I would recommend them.
They are always late for an appointment if you make it. For all of my appointments I have had to wait 45 minutes or more for the technician to arrive. Once they did arrive the service was okay but they did not apologize for being late and there was no discount either. Meanwhile I am more and more late for work because I have to wait for them. I will be going with someone else from now on for any service calls.
Friendly staff and fast service
I'm extremely happy with the service I received today. Hourly rate is less expensive than the other 4 places I called. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. They're extremely busy this time of year but was able to fit me in and called me before they came out. The HVAC technician "Justin" was friendly fast and fixed my issue and explained to me what it was. He explained some extra services they provide in good detail but wasn't pushy at all. He was just informing me of my options and said I have 30days to review if I'd like to take advantage of the preventative maintenance program to apply the savings on my bill. I would absolutely recommend Town & Country Plumbing Heating Electrical. I hope this review comes in handy for someone else and I'm sure you will have a good experience. On a side note, thx again to Justin for his quick and professional service on my central air conditioning. Cheers :)
I am finally getting around to writing this long overdue review! This past fall 3 of us friends got together and had Town & Country quote on installing 3 Generac 16 KW Generators. We chose T & C because they could totally complete the job by having in house gas installers & their own electrical dept. to supply a turnkey install. They were fantastic, on time, neat and most pleasant. Jesse the person overseeing all three installs was terrific, patient and very respectful to his fellow employees. Needless to say our installs went perfect, on time, generators commissioned properly and all 3 of us could not be happier. After researching other candidates, we were very pleased with their quote, we found T & C to be the fairest of them all. Jesse and his crew have certainly won me over and soon after 25 years I am sure to be needing a new furnace, they will be the FIRST people I will call. If anyone is thinking of purchasing & installing a Generac give these people a call. Approved by all 3 of us.
Prices were decent, sales people nice and installed equipment in a short time. Once installed however you are on your own. Customer service is a joke (and rude) and read the fine print because service and warranty are pretty non existent.
Nice display... Oganized place.. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff.
Got the parts I needed for furnace quickly
Friendly staff and technicians, very communicative and answered all my questions and provided sound advice and solved all my woes :)
Good
Stay away from these clowns. My house is a new build and had all of the duct work installed by T&C. The master bedroom (2nd floor) in winter is 2C colder than the main floor where my thermostat is, my basement is 5C warmer. I mentioned this to them, and they told me that it is impossible to make a system that is 100% even heating - fair enough. One employee of theirs suggested playing with the dampers to force more heat from basement and main floor to the second floor. My home builder suggested putting bags over my open ducts in the basement making sure the bags aren't completely air tight so a little bit of heat can still keep my basement warm. The damping and bags worked decent enough where the basement was 1C different than my 2nd floor. One day while doing some choirs I discovered that a cold air return duct was not connected (4' gap) to the main cold air return duct. I called T&C they sent someone out reasonably quick. The clown they sent said the cold air return didn't need to be connected (lies!) and that I should open all of my ducts because the HVAC is balanced by design. The clown connected the cold air return, but left his ladder, my wife chased after him to let him know. But the man ignored her and got in his truck and left in a hurry. The very next day T&C called to ask for the ladder back. A few months later T&C sent a technician to do a furnace clean up complimentary. That technician told me to open all the vents, and remove the bags. The technician went on to say that my furance was running hot - I removed all the bags, and opened the vents and when the rooms had the 7C temp difference, so they sent another technician. That technician stated that the ducts were sized wrong which explains the furnace running warm, and the temperature difference. He put some new ducts in, and stated that I should do what I was doing before with the dampers on the main floor, but shouldn't put the bags on the basement ducts unless I have to. I don't know if the problem is solved now or not, because winter ended. I will never deal with T&C unless it is for warranty because of the reasons above.
150 Dollars?! - I just paid 90 dollars to have a technician come to my house and 60 more for them to take off a tube and clean out a blockage. It took about 5 minutes. I'm grateful my furnace works, but there are WAY cheaper options out there. Don't call Town and Country.
We got a quote from Town & Country not far back. Upon finally deciding that we would like to move forward with having them do our Central Air system. I was provided with a quote 70% HIGHER. Yes 70% higher from the quote we currently have at home after Tammy had “ revised the quote “… We were told verbally that the quote is valid for 1 year. In her email she said the quote is only valid for 15 days only.
Our furnace was 27 years old, and they tried to keep it working, though the cost to do so would have been too high. I shopped around when replacing the furnace, and I got a slightly better price from Town & Country. Even better, the person who came to the house to do the estimate didn't try to upsell us, gave us concise yet useful information on the choices at hand, and sent all correspondence in a timely manner. She was also a pleasant person to work with. The technicians were friendly and communicative. They cleaned up the space quite well after it was finished. It was stressful having the furnace malfunction in the middle of a cold snap. These folks made it less so.
Amazing customer service and timely repairs done professionally and courteously.
Recently had a small leak from my boiler repaired. The leak was our fault as we put a finishing nail through one of the plastic pipes that went to a radiator (oops). They came in, diagnosed the problem, completed the repair, and cleaned up. I paid the bill. All is well again. Thanks.
I had an Ac installation on july 6, Guys showed up on time and were professional and were taking their time to investigate before drilling and were open to ideas and were able to set the line with minor plumbing issue and had the plumber on stand by who was able to come and fix the issue, the installation went smooth and we are happy with the results it was worth waiting for the installation date. TAMMY was very helpful and cooperative, professional on advising, the whole communication went via emails and pictures for the installation location. Value for money and professional people with positive mindset, peace of mind as I knew we are in right hands, will definitely call them on next service or job.
I called Town & Country to clean my house ducts, as they were recommended by a friend, they did not disappoint. First off they were on time, they introduced themselves, took their shoes off which was respected, I didn’t expect them to as no companies seem to do that anymore. They explained the process of cleaning the ducts and what they had to do! It was like I called some friends over to help. This is the first time I have called Town & Country for services and you bet I will be calling them again! Thank you for the great costumer service Town & Country Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Regina Sask!!
They always keep their appointments, and their people are always very professional. They can be a touch more expensive than other place, but it's worth it to me for their reliability and professionalism.
Awesome customer service from Eric and Shaun! They really exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!
I call to inquire some service done for my house and the person on the phone was extremely rude! Hang up on me while I was still talking and told me to call her back! When I called back again nobody answer the phone at all!!! What a waste of time. Go with someone else who have better manner.
I had my old furnace replaced with a new 2 stage high efficiency lennox model. I experienced great customer service from Tammy! Professional, personal and truly caring. The electricians also wired my stand alone flow through humidifier to my furnace at no extra charge when I asked. I had them hook up the furnace to my existing thermostat as it could handle a 2 stage and was web accessible as part of my home security system. I later saw that the quote included a thermostat. When I phoned to inquire, they indicated that they had not priced in the thermostat as I indicated I would use my own but later that day when I arrived home, there was a new thermostat in the box waiting at my door. Great customer service.
We had a Lennox Furnace and humidifier installed last week. We were very impressed with the service from Town & Country. They were on time and professional throughout. They even replaced a pipe that had nothing to do with our install but was not to code (from another company installation years ago). Extremely happy so far with the Lennox furnace. Very quiet! Would highly recommend Town & Country.
I had THEE best experience yesterday when calling in to have my air conditioner fixed. Although I was not able to get it done right away as you were booked I have to tell you from all the places I called (over 10) yours was the best experience. From giving me detailed info from the beginning, the in-line process, upfront pricing and courtesy. Honestly, top notch. Hoping to use your services in the future.
We just moved to Regina and had our gas bbq connection installed, furnace and hot water heater serviced, and ducts cleaned. Technicians arrived at the scheduled time and all were extremely professional and courteous. Technicians and the services they provided were top notch. Thank you Dan, Rob, Lee, Eric and Shaun. ????
Fixed our water heater within hours of our call during holiday season. Prompt Service !
Really pleased with the service we got last night. Our furnace wasn’t running when we got home from work, turns out it was a seized blower motor. Rob came out, diagnosed the problem and went back to the shop to get the part. He was friendly and professional and most importantly stayed until the job was done even at about midnight on a Friday.
Joy came to do our annual clean up and I had to call to say what a good job he does , he cleans up after himself , he is pleasant to talk to , and knowing things are done correctly always puts the mind at ease ! I would recommend this company to everyone Ive never been disappointed .
Had a new furnace installed. Sales person to all installers were excellent. There were a few tweaks I wanted and they accommodated me. I much prefer now going with a local company where word of mouth matters more than a National Company that can’t pronounce Saskatchewan.
Worse customer service . I spoke with lady name "cynthia " very cold and rude response . I called her to book an appointment but after listening her rude behaviour i changed my mind and called another service provider .
Everyone was great from Tammy to the install guys. Thanks
Had home furnace maintenance done by their plumber, Joy, and the service was stellar. Highly informative, friendly, and happy plumber.
I was very impressed by the technician who came to fix my air conditioner. I was not impressed that I was not told it would be considered overtime. I was just asked if I wanted a technician today, it was after 3 so thought I got in because of a cancellation, no I wasn't...ended up having to pay the overtime fee...not good service...
I bought my house 5 years ago brand new. When it came time to tie electrical upgrades into the panel such as garage and basement development. Upon opening the the panel it looked like a rats nest. Very poor workmen-ship. A technician that takes pride in their work would have all the wiring neat and organized. A person should be able to visually follow any cable from where it enters panel to the breaker with out moving anything out of the way. Any excess cable should be trimmed and curved neatly to have a little excess cable if necessary. I took pics and showed some electricians that I work casually with on my job site. They shook their head and advised me to reach out to the home builder and the electrical contractor. So I emailed both. Got a response from my home builder saying they’d get it fixed but nothing from TandC. This was 6 months ago. A person pays 390K for a home one would expect great workmenship. Not the case. The price TandC charges one would expect phenomenal workmanship
Good service
Good service. On time and in & out in good time.
First time I used this company and definitely will use them again if needed! Appointment time was honoured, had a call from the office that they were on their way. Taylor introduced himself and had excellent customer service, answered all my questions. Payment was quick and easy and had my receipt in my email before he left! Kudos Town and Country!! ????????????????
Furnace installation. Installer did a wonderful job. He was very professional and pleasant.
We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. We have dealt with Town and Country before and had been very pleased. This time, they promptly sent out a knowledgeable sales person who made solid recommendations based on our preferences. She was willing and able to answer our questions re the equipment and installation. Installation was booked and performed as requested. The installation crew was prompt, courteous and willing to explain their procedures. They completed the installation in the estimated time quoted. Everything was done professionally and correctly the first time. I have no hesitation in recommending Town and Country.
Bought a new furnace blower motor from Town & Country in December 2021. Only a few shops in Regina sell Lennox parts direct to customers for DIY install. Very quick to confirm corresponding part numbers and even had a couple in-stock at their shop ready for pickup. Cost was 20% less then the competition. Thanks for the easy transaction!
I would like to express my gratitude for the customer service we received June 20th 2016 at Town and Country Plumbing. We had an air conditioner installed in the morning, and for some reason by 5 PM it did not seem to be working. We called emergency support and within half an hour they were at our house looking at the issue. They had us back up and running that evening (sounds like it was a manufacturer error in labeling the device). I want to let anyone who is interested to know how professional Rob our technician was to express our gratitude to him for the customer service we received. In a time when it is difficult to find good customer service, it is refreshing to know that there are still companies out there like Town and Country that take that customer service seriously and understand how that can make or break a company. An amendment to this review- we had to call town and country when our furnace quit at 5:45 AM in -30 temperatures Feb 7th 2018. By 6:45 they were at our house and had diagnosed and replaced the fan motor by 8 AM. Fantasic service again. Cant say enough about them, courtious polite and professional
After I contacted Town and Country Mark called a day later and we set up a appointment date to do an appraisal. Mark was on time and very polite while doing measurements. When he left he said he would get back to us within a week. 3 days later there was email telling cost of Furnace water heater and new AC unit. Including installing. Also a date when they could install it all. The morning of install two fellows were on time to start two day install. They very polite. When they were finished they removed the old appliances for recycle. They left the work area clean and without litter. We are highly recommending Town and Country to anyone who we talk with. Thanks to everyone at Town and Country Lea and Lyle Smulan
This place is fast to get renovations done. But can be slow at responding to questions after the fact. They had a key to my house 4 months after the renovation
We had our ducts cleaned yesterday, the two guys from Town and Country, were amazing (Eric and Shawn)! They were so professional and really very nice, they answered all of my questions and took the time and care when moving around the house with their equipment! I am very particular when it comes to stuff in my house (I didn't tell them that) and these guys were just really outstanding on their own! You wouldn't even know they had been in the house, except for the really clean ducts, lol. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!
We are very thankful for the expertise and knowledge that the employees of this company have had. From the fabulous office staff to the guys who come out we have had nothing but positive experiences. We have always had our issues fixed in one trip and they have helped us with everything from cooler compressors to furnace maintenance.... Fast and friendly! I wouldn't know how to rely on anyone else.
Excellent knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing.
Prompt Service and great communication. Service Tech went above and beyond the call of duty when called back to fix a faulty sensor.
Lee did a superb job on our exterior tap. It looked to us like an impossible job but he persevered and was able to save not only our tap but our water bill!
My go to place for all HVAC services.
I was communicating with Tammy. She was very professional and every step guided me through the process. The plumbers and electricians were very professional and educated me after the installation of air conditioner. They left the place very neat and clean.
We have had a team member from every trade and service area out to our place to do work in the last six months. They were all curtious and professional. I am very pleased with the work that was done by all. The plumbing was taken care of by Jason who was exceptional with customer service. The electrical work was neat and tidy as well. Overall great experience with everyone involved.
Always professional
Called on the weekend, not only did i get an explanation of the codes but also how to fix them! Thanks guys!!!!!
Quick professional service
We have had a positive experience with Town and Country Plumbing and Heating. Shortly after we moved into our new house there was a problem with the furnace. We live twenty minutes out of Regina, the weather conditions were very poor at the time as well. We phoned into the service line and were placed on the board. Over the phone trouble shooting didn't solve the issue. A service person was dispatched and was here within two hours, which was impressive given the weather and road conditions! He resolved the issue (a restricted burner), and did multiple tests to ensure the furnace would stay working. He also gave me a detailed description of what he did, and what to do if the problem arose again. Town and Country also did a mechanical walk through with me and installed a water meter and reader. Both men were here at the set time, early in fact. All Town and Country staff that we have dealt with have been professional, courteous, friendly, and experts in their trade.
Amazing experience! Tammy was awesome, from the quote through to install. The guys that came out to install the furnace & service the A/C (I think Dillion was the main guy) were tremendous. Recommend Town & Country in a heartbeat.
A big thank you for your professional work during our home renovation. All trades did outstanding work. All tradesmen were professional, courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend. A truly class act business.
Had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Tammy, the estimator was very knowledgeable and gave me good information. The installation was done when scheduled, no delays. The tradesmen were very professional and the installation was done very neatly and everything looked great. After they left you wouldn't know they had been there. The work area was cleaned up and old furnace and A/C were removed. I would definitely recommend them.
Town and Country offer only the best products, superior service and industry leading professionalism. When our hot water tank failed late one evening and our furnace required some much needed some TLC for the upcoming winter season we immediately called on T&C. The team at T&C were able to schedule and complete our HWT installation the very next day while addressing our furnace issues. The installation was quick, clean and complete; with the old tank removed and disposed of without any additional cost to us. If you seek quality workmanship at a very reasonable price point and in a timely fashion, call the team at Town and Country in Regina and surrounding areas.
Efficient, friendly service techs, on time and cooperative with appointment times
Had a new daikin furnace installed today. Customer service was great and the install techs also did a great job. The furnace has only run for a few hours now and so far it seems to be functionally exceptionally well.
Great friendly service !
Very honest and professional guys! Best in town for sure.
Great company, with exceptional service and knowledge.
Me and my Wife had some problems with town and country, and after we posted paul and dan set up a meeting with us and we all came to a conclusions. Glad we got it all fixed up
My 1950s furnace quit working a few weeks ago. I called around to several different plumbing & heating companies and found most to be to busy to return my call or just rude. Although no sales person was in the office at the time I reluctinty left me number not expecting anyone to actually call me back. Within a hour a lovely lady called me back and set up an aapointement that day to come speak wih me in my home. The experience was fanatsic and I learnt that I could get goverment money back that I thought had ended. My old furnace was taken out the next day and a new 98% efficent one was installed. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent !!!! They also gave me Airmiles !!!! Although I had never used Town & Country in the past they will now be the only company I use for my plumbing needs. This weekend I did have a problem with my new furnace so I called the number because I was told they have 24-7 service. Again to my surprise someone answered the phone. They asked me a few questions about why the furnace wasn't running while I was on the phone and it turns out I needed to change me extreamy dirty furnace filter that they just changed. The furnace started right back up once I changed it. Thanks again Town and Courtry for your great customer service !!!! Highly recomended !!!
Called to ask for a quote for a part I already know I need. Refused to give me a price or even tell me if they have it in stock unless I paid $150 for a service technician to come look at it first. To top it off when I said I was going to look around before committing to that price they hung up on me. I've worked with them in commercial builds and thought a company as big as theirs would offer a better deal and service than a small company, not worse, but I guess they really must not need or want to do business with residential clients.
Excellent customer service, hard-working employees, quality work. Couldn't be happier with the boiler and water heater replacement done by Curtis, Mark and Taylor. They stuck to the quote and timeline, even though it meant working late to ensure the job was done right. Thanks, Town and Country!
Shopped around for a month and decided to go for a Daiken unit with Town & Country. Tammy did a virtual quote for me. It was very easy to do business with her. The guys showed up on time, get the job done in a few hours. No surprising cost. Everything went smooth. Deserves a good review.
Insanely Expensive!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid. My GOD, everything at Town & Country is so expensive. We went through them when building our house because we had to and the amount that they charge is ludicrous. The most basic changes in design cost almost triple. Simply changing from chrome to brushed nickel is over double the amount. Town & Country is like the mafia in Regina and just because they are big they charge ridiculous prices. This place is laughable at what they charge. Avoid at all costs.
Had a plumbing problem that persisted for several years. Curtis came with a can do attitude. I should have called your firm before. Thank You
Had AC replaced, great price, fast install, very friendly and quality work. Very Satisfied, Good Jobs guys
Our furnace fan motor was not working. It was easy to take out. I ordered a new one from Bill at T &C. After I got it home, I noticed it was different from the old one. When I took it back to T & C, Bill explained how to hook the new one up. It had more wires than the pre-existing one, so I wasn't sure about the installation. I was offered to have a repair person come out to install, if I preferred. But after Bill's explanation of the wiring, I was confident I could do this as a homeowner. Thank you Bill. Our furnace/air conditioner is back up and running great! I would definitely recommend T & C for your plumbing and heating needs.
I purchased a brand new home in 2017, the longer i live here the more corners i discover were cut. They didn't install any shut of valves at any sinks in the house. The second floor return air wasn't done properly. They used the entire floor space as the return air to save the 40$ worth of cardboard and ducting it would've taken to do it properly. From what i've seen they are definitely a company more concerned with profit over quality of there work. I have emailed you in regards to the return air a week ago and no response. The valves I can understand, the return air and not sealing the return air where it enters the cardboard plenum I can’t. To get my 2nd floor to 21 the main floor is 25 degrees. Given that hot air rises the only logical reason I can see is the lack out return air to the second floor?
Town and country electrical wired our new house for us and they did an excellent job. They were efficient and provided excellent quality work. Brady managed our place; he was accomodating to our last minute changes, patient and great to work with! We recommend town and country electrical.
Air conditioner died and needed to be replaced. Got lucky with getting it installed quickly, but Tammy and the team made sure it got done right within the time they specified. Quick and professional!
Excellent job installing all plumbing, heating and cooling system. Good price quote and stuck to the price they promised. Good workmanship and excellent staff. Highly recommend T&C. Also - Service Tech Joy was out to do 1st service and was terrific. explained what he was doing- made sure I was happy, and had some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced!
Great folk to deal with, always come fast and do a great clean job. Never had to call back on anything they have ever fixed.
Bought house last year where they did mechanical and plumbing job. After possession they provided insufficient and wrong education on how to maintain heater and boiler. It was confirmed by their another service person. Got two water lines busted this year. Took 6 months to install electric line for parking pad. By mistake did the job for completely wrong house. Now they want me to enter into annual maintenance of the mechanicals. Their service is such a joke.
The sales person was very professional and helpful. She answered all our enquiries in a timely manner. The installation crew were knowledgeable, skilled, courteous and accommodating. Overall, we were very happy from initial enquiry to the completion of installation. The new furnace is very quiet and works great. We would recommend Town and Country to anyone.
Great service and team

Everyone from when we first walked in to meeting the install and fabricators, to dealing with Dan has been a great experience and we look forward to long lasting relationship ! They have an awesome show-room with everything you need from mechanical systems to showers , taps and much more! Everything they offer will be supplied and installed in our show home and future new home builds in Eastbrook On The Greens! Great JOB ! Sincerely, Derrek & Team from Ehrenburg Homes!
Town and Country has been to my house every month since September. They have replaced parts on our heating system almost every time they have come here and it the system has failed again. We had to call them back the next day after the last time they were here to fix it as well. Including their maintenance agreement, I have spent more than $4000.00 and I still don't have consistent hot water or heat (which is hot water based). When they were here for their maintenance, they looked at the water boiler (again) and found something else wrong with it that would be $248 for parts alone. Something that was not picked up on the other 4 or 5 times they worked on the system. I will be asking for a complete refund of the maintenance program cost and I will be going to a different company to see if someone else is capable of fixing my heat.
I did not deal with town and country for one reason. Price! I phoned many plumbing and heating businesses in regards to a water heater that sprung a leak in the tank. Fortunately my water heater is still under warranty for the tank. My first call was to town and country as they did all the plumbing and heating in my new home. I asked for a quote to simply replace my unit on warranty. The price was absoutly unacceptable . The highest price of all plumbing and heating establishments. For this reason i will not deal with town and country. Response to reply: Absolutely I can review you on a phone call. Your establishment was almost double to price of all the leading competitors. Unless your technicians are wielding golden wrench's I am sure a simple water heater exchange did not warrant the obnoxious price i was quoted. I found a reasonable quote from another qualified establishment.
Thanks for the awesome service.
Fantastic business to work with, they were able to come out quick and get everything I needed done done. When I needed to schedule my follow up to finish work on my basement they were able to work with my schedule and find a time to come out that worked for both of us. Highly recommended.
Quick response...no waiting for service.
Workmanship wasn’t warrantied, they forgot to screw the water intake into the water heater when it was installed. It blew off when we weren’t home, thankfully we had friends that were staying there or our basement would have flooded. Then we called to complain that we were going to even be charged and the woman on the phone was completely rude. Have used them before with no issues and helpful staff not sure what’s happened but their customer service is not there strength any more. I get that you can’t warranty everything and things happen, no ones is perfect, we’re all human. But we’re away and already in a stressful position because we’re not home to deal with this issue and the company we call that we trusted is rude to us, unacceptable!
Very satisfied with there work. Just need to be available for follow up. They need to call couple months later to see if there are any issues. Its hard to get anybody to return your calls. Acreage guy..
Had them out to replace the water heater today. Came home from night shift to a leak . Gave them a call, they gave me a quote quickly and arranged everything. Their employees were courteous and professional. Covered the floors so they didnt make a mess. No dings on the walls, even though they had to haul the old one up the stairs. Thank you for the excellent service.
Had town and country here the other day to install a brand new furnace. The price was more then fair actually was way better then expected.. mark the installer and was amazing he was super professional and was quick and efficient...I would recommend town and country to anyone and will only use them myself in. The future.
Call as furnace went out in the middle of the winter cold snap, and get told the person feels unsafe and will not go and inspect olwhy our furnace went out
Town & Country is by far, the best company to deal with for anything in your home or business. I have been using Town & Country in my home for years and because of the great work and service that they provide, I also starting using them in my place of business as well and true to form, they exceeded my expectations in that regard as well. I had used other companies in the past, but not one compared to Town & Country. I have used them for Plumbing, electrical and heating/ air conditioning and always the same result, PERFECTION!!! Thank you, Town & Country, for providing honesty and professionalism in an industry that often disappoints in those areas. I have been using your company in my home and business since 2010 and you have always been there for me. I have also recommended your company to other friends and businesses and you are batting a 100% with them as well.
Very fast, clean, courteous service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!
Staff from start to finish were great to work with. Explained everything and happy to answer questions. Services was performed on time and as promised and staff were very concerned at leaving space as clean as when they started.
