Best experience ever. Pro-Fit Exteriors rushed in to help when our roof broke through after heavy snow fall. Their crew was courteous, friendly, and put our minds at ease as they replaced our shingled roof with Metal roofing. They completed the job in record time and did such a good clean up that once they left, we never new they were here. We even had them back to replace the roof on our garage. Thank you Pro-Fit Exteriors. We will recommend you to everyone we know that is looking to have a new roof. You definitely get a FIVE star rating from us..

The experience with this contractor had been terrible. The project was left unfinished for a year and their excuses were plenty. I had to cancel the project at the end. The company management's reply to my previous post appeared to be another excuse as they did not provide the reasons why it would take them whole year but still unable to complete the project. Poor project management, over-estimated capacity / capability, or something else? From my communications with them over the pas year or so, I found that they were not trustworthy because they told me that they already completed most of the project during fall 2019 but the fact was that they only completed about 20% of the project, and with poor quality. I found out this when I visited the site earlier this year. As we can see from the picture posted with this review that top part of the completed wall already fell off in less than 1 year, and some were dangling and about to fall off. I had given them enough opportunities to fix their problem but they did not seem to care. Now it is time to resolve the dispute.
