Worked with the owner Haamed and he honestly cares about placement of the shingles, how we walk on the roofs weather the temp is hot enough to damage the shingles or if there is a chance we may get injured and pays attention ledge overhang quality. Call it as you may, pics can easily come and you won't find a better deal for actual quality workmanship.

Purchased a house a while ago and needed some repair to be done on few shingles before winter time. I first phoned many random roofing companies , all telling me they are so busy with large projects and won't help me out. This changed the moment I phoned Platinum Roofing . Haamed the manager was so responsive , whether it is by phone or emails . He immediately was able to arrive and give me a quote for the repair needed . He was so approachable and understood how important this work is , even if it is a very "minor" scale project. He promised he would arrive and help me out . And even though it is a very busy time , he would even come at the end of the day to do the work . This what a true customer service is !! . Haamed arrived on the set time with his crew.to perform the work as well as roof inspection . He even took pictures to show me the work done !! This is more than I expected. Haamed definitely goes the extra mile for his customers and makes sure everything is done right. Pricing was also very competitive. If you want to get a true personal customer service as well as professional quality work , Platinum Roofing is definitely the right place. Highly recommended!!!

Beware of this company , they use pictures on there website that are of other roofing companies roofs this is not the way to run a business if you will lie about the work you did what else you willing to lie about? I think this is very unprofessional of you . And also makes me wonder why you have to use pictures of others work they did and. It your own
