Optimum Roofing got me exactly what I needed to protect my house for many more decades. They did it at a time that was convenient for me, they worked hard and fast and were always willing to answer my questions during the process. Although I didn't time it, I believe their lunch break was about 4.5 minutes and they were back up on the roof nailing away. I was blown away with the hard work that was put in to the house I love. It seems Optimum also uses superior roofing materials which they're comfortable guaranteeing for far longer than I would have ever expected. We have all heard of pop-up roofing companies that may or may not eventually get the job done with inferior materials but... for anyone who asks me, Optimum Roofing will be my only suggestion.

Ok...These guys do good work, BUT....Very unprofessional!! I seen these guys doing a roof and plugged their equipment into the next door home, using their power! And we're mad when they got unplugged!! AND...My kids get off a bus from school and some guy in their truck (black work truck) (all I could see) blows by, talking on his cell phone! Could have hit a kid!! You guys need to work on your professionalism in public!!

1 week ago I texted Niko to ask about our roofing issues. He came over almost right away, quoted me on a repair and also quoted a complete new roof. The quote was so incredibly reasonable we opted for the top of the line package for a complete roof. The roof was installed a few days later. The crew was in after my wife and I left for work and gone before we got home. They do not use all rounders. They have specialists for every different job on your roof so you know you are getting the best possible job done The job was superb and also the cleanup was perfect. Niko was a fantastic sales guy. No pressure, very knowledgeable and very personable. I would recommend Optimum to anyone. What a great company and they are local too. Thanks Guys !!!

Unfortunately we kicked off the new year with a giant wind storm and missing shingles. Optimum was the first recommendation to roll of the tongue of everyone I know, so they were our top pick. I was really impressed that they were able to accommodate us so quickly. The work was done the next day, the staff were friendly to deal with, and for an emergency service and the amount of labor they put in, I think the price was amazingly fair. 10/10 would use again (but honestly hopefully not... since you know... broken roof).

I’m happy to see that Optimum Roofing now has a website & A Facebook page. Which allows me to comment on the work Optimum Roofing did for me 5 years ago before they had all this social media . I would like to say my roof after 5 years of Canadian winters and summers . It still looks brand new , and I’m glad that I followed Optimum Roofings ’s suggestions when picking a new roof. From our first evaluation and estimate of the roof through the installation process and final inspection from me and the engineer who does the final inspections for Optimum Roofing I can say in one word about their staff , their pricing and their professionalism is “outstanding” , their people were very caring and when they had completed the project they left my yard spotless not a single shingle or nail left on my property the clean up was methodical , truly amazing . and the best part of all my next door neighbour had their roof done the same year , with an equally quality product . but they paid $2000 more than I did . My Neighbours response was “ I wish you had done your roof first , then I would have known , to use Optimum Roofing.” Our next home improvement project will probably be a skylight , and there is no doubt in my mind that Optimum roofing will be receiving the call for that work as well as they not only have an engineer as an owner , they have a business office on Dewdney avenue in which you can walk into and discuss your roofing needs . Not just a cell phone sitting in somebody's truck waiting for the next call. They truly are invested in our city of Regina.

Left a ton of shingles (palet) behind, left wood, and nail strings behind. They damaged my siding when moving the materials into my backyard (I have a small choke point and maybe the equipment didn't fit). The workers didn't mention it and I discovered it after they left. Editing my review as I've found dozens of nails, including one in my dogs mouth. I have made requests for them to use the magnetic tool to clean up the excess nails all over the yard and they refuse. Just be warned that you will have nails in your grass.

Poor communication. They did not clean our yard and we found nails for months after. Less than 2 years after getting the roof done some shingles fell off. We had to wait over a month for someone to come out to replace them as the warranty would be void if we got another company to fix it. We had to phone multiple times before they came. We asked them to phone first as we have a little one who sleeps during the day. They did not phone, just showed up (right before nap time.) Really frustrating company to work with, very unprofessional!

I could not have asked for better service and workmanship from Brenden and his crew. Discovered a small leak during a heavy rain on Friday night. Brenden had a look on Saturday morning and provided an estimate. Called him on the following Tuesday afternoon and his crew re shingled my house on Wednesday afternoon. Terrible communication, decent roofing. Sales guy didn't send the signed contract to the office, who called me asking for it. I asked when they were scheduled to come and didn't receive a reply for weeks. Had a wind storm between booking and work being done that took off a whole row of shingles. They said they would be out to do a free patch while I waited, but that never happened. When they came to complete the work, the ice and water membrane was missed and we had to remind them to install it. After they left we had several exposed nails that we requested be fixed. After nearly 2 weeks with no reply, they did come out and cover the nails. Kelsey in the office and the on site foreman were great!

We are so happy we had to tell others about it. Our house and garage roofs look incredible. We had Optimum Roofing shingle our garage a couple of years ago and we were very impressed so we hired them again this year to do our house. Once again, what a great experience !! We are quite picky with quality and workmanship and Optimum did not disappoint. We had some water coming through the ceiling into our bathroom this spring and thought maybe there was an issue in the attic where the vent stack came through. We asked Brenden if he could look into that for us when his crew was replacing the shingles. Well, they removed the plywood around the stack to investigate and found the problem. They sent us pictures through it all while we were at work which for homeowners is a really cool thing. They went to work and sealed up the issue inside the attic and installed a new vent stack. We just cannot explain how relieved we are that it is fixed. We also asked if they could remove the chimney because we did not need it anymore and they assured us that would not be a problem at all. We have had different contractors out to do things to our house before but these guys top the list. Customer service was incredible, they listen so well and promptly responded to any inquiries we had. When they finished the roof they cleaned up our yard and it looked better than it did when they came. Everything was just so neat and clean when they left. If anyone is looking for a professional, polite and courteous roofing company, these are the guys. Both our sons are going to need shingles replaced on their houses in the next few years and we won’t be shopping for a contractor, we know who to call. And we will be highly recommending Optimum Roofing to family and friends. Thanks very much Optimum Roofing !! We are extremely satisfied customers.

Optimum Roofing did the roof on our place 2 years ago when it was built. We discovered a small leak during the last rainstorm. Turns out the plumbing company may have disturbed the seal around the plumbing vent that penetrates the roof. Optimum roofing employees came out to our place 2 days after being called, and made the repairs FOR FREE two years after the initial build. Pretty good customer service if you ask me!

July 26, 2017 -rate has increased to a 4 star. read on please! I started this review July 24 and it was VERY negative . We weree in the process of having my garage re shingled. It was booked June 29 and this is July 25. I am not happy. BUT they are trying now to remedy the problems. The rest of this review I did and then the owner contacted me and returned apologies forthcoming. He delivered correct shingles and applied them - finishing same day just at dark.. He is to return tomorrow morning and finish cleanup as well as some extra re slope of evestrough to correct, that was part of original contract also. He did this as promised when promised. i hope they finish and i can upgrade this review from 1 star to 3 or4. They were to call a week before coming to allow me to be here when they were working. They did not call, I called them several times before they called back. They promised July 24 and this is july 25. They have left and the job is not done- they had the wrong color shingles and had to remove the few they installed and we wait for new shingles to be delivered for them. They tried to reuse the old flashing, bent and torn. I made them replace it. They are to install roof vents and have not - they sit on my back patio, i will ensure it gets done but do not trust them. I AM VERY UNHAPPY SO FAR!! - now we are very happy. Too bad it took a public review to spark action - but once the owner was made aware of the problem he worked hard and fast to correct all problems. he now promises to email me an adjusted invoice as further attempt to make up for the problems.

Optimum Roofing shingled my roof in fall of 2016. I really appreciated the professionalism and trust Niko generated at our initial estimate. I had several estimates and Optimum was one of the few contractors that actually went on my roof and sat down with me for the estimate. Niko was the ONLY estimator that found 2 layers of shingles on my roof and included that price in his estimate. Had I gone with another company that didn't see the 2nd layer of shingles I would have been tagged with back charges. This level of professionalism started at step 1 with Niko during the estimate and continued through to the scheduling process with Brenden and him sending the roofing crew on the day they said they would be there. The Crew foremen, Ryan, continued Optimum's attention to detail. They cleaned up and treated my house as if it was there own. When the job was finished the entire crew walked around the house with a magnet just to make sure they got every nail. As if this wasn't impressive enough, after everything was completed Brenden came by to do a final inspection on my home and make sure everything was installed correctly and I was completely satisfied. Pay the little extra and hire professionals. Very disappointed in the workmanship of the shingles. The shingling work was very sloppy. I had to buy tar and cover Exposed nails and Joints. Some of the nails were in the middle of the new exposed shingle and not under the one above. They damaged stucco, shingle lines are very wavy, piled shingles and cracked roof sheeting under shingles. I got them to come back and they fixed a few things but they never finished. When they come back they damaged the new eavestroughs with the latter getting on the roof. They also don’t show up and don’t call you to let you know they are not coming. They come about 3 weeks later from the original time they said. They were no shows multiple weeks and did not call to let me know. Every time we planned a date they never showed up or called. It was not weather, it was just bad business. The crews were not getting along either. From what I understand that’s why they never showed up because the were having employee problems. On a positive note the private contractor they hire to do eves is amazing. Just don’t hire them to shingle. Very disappointed in my experience with them. I’m sure they will pay to remove this review to keep there rating up.

Bouquets to Brenden Owens and Optimum Roofing employees! Optimum provided quotes on several roofing options - as did other companies. Each time we contacted Optimum, we received straight forward answers to our concerns and no pressure to commit. We had other home repair issues and Brenden recommended a company to solve the problems and coordinated a time frame for seamless completion. The Optimum crew was very nice - they not only had the work of removing the old cedar shakes, but also removal of a large, unsightly roof mounted furnace. When the new roof was done, we were left with absolutely NO debris, nails or damage to shrubs etc. As promised, a personal inspection was done by Brenden after the first rain. We seniors truly appreciate all the attention that was given to our problems and are enjoying our leak free home once again. We have already recommended Optimum to others and will continue to do so in the future.

Our roof needed some TLC and fast! Brenden booked me in as soon as he could squeeze me in (which was within 48 hours of contacting them) and were here and done within half of a day! Our roof looks great, they repaired some vents and our chimney, and worked with our budget but still maintained high quality products and workmanship. Highly recommend!

Optimum Roofing is always the first roofing company I recommend when people ask me about getting their roof re-done. I had to get a chimney cap installed so I called Optimum Roofing and within 2 days they were on my roof installing it. They even cleaned out my eavestrough's! They called me later that day to tell me it was complete and talked to me about the condition of my current shingles. I have an older house with old shingles and they said that they don't need to be replaced for a few years. This showed me that they truly care about their customers.
