They have no clue what they are talking about. The owner tried to get more money from me, but he does nto know anything about engineering. He was shocked to learn that I teach engineering in the university, he was unable to read basic drawings. Be careful, thic company provides mouth service to collect your money

I have worked as a masonry subcontractor for Brandon on a number of different projects around the city the past couple years and every one of them has been a pleasure. From Build Love to general renovations. The organization of every job is fantastic with minimal to no delays, as well as the trust he has in his sub trades is also a major plus. He really has the ability to trust his list of sub trades to complete every job with precision and treat the customer with the utmost respect. This is especially important when hiring a contractor to handle a major renovation or even a small one. Organization and a quality subtrade team are essential to staying on time and most importantly, on budget.

NCC has been incredible! I am a grad student who's also working full time, so I wanted to hire a company that would make the renovation easy, stress-free, and convenient. Brandon (the owner) has been there every step of the way to handle everything from day one, and answer all of my (many) questions. He is knowledgable, quick to respond, and organized. Brandon was more than willing to work within my budget, and I never once felt pressured to spend more money than I was comfortable with. I also appreciate that Brandon is down to earth, easy to talk to, and straight forward. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you a story about the mess Brandon and team got me out of (and how you can avoid the same thing)... I had just purchased a new construction home without a finished back yard or garage. These are things you don't really think about when you're filled with excitement about your new house.. I contacted a few companies to get me quotes. As a (at the time) single female building a garage - I was getting mansplained like crazy out of what I wanted. Or getting quotes 3x the normal amount. Only to find out those same companies quoted men 1/3 for the same job (guys I'm serious - I split tested this). So after getting pink taxed and a bunch of other odd occurences. I made the huge mistake of going with the lowest quote. After 3 months (despite being told 2 weeks) nothing happened. I ended up firing that company since they had not even done the permits. I hired the next company (after losing a portion of my deposit). Who basically did the same thing - they lied about ordering trusses when they just had taken on too many jobs. The summer went by and I was frustrated. I went back to Brandon and asked for help. His quote was somewhere in the middle. He heard my story and said he will do what it takes to get my garage up quickly. Within a week they started working on it. Between him and his recommendation for a fence I had my entire backyard finished so I could enjoy the final months of summer enjoying my completed backyard. The great winter storm of 2021 just hit and all my neighbor's around me were missing shingles and destruction all around. Mine was unaffected. Yeah - he wasn't the cheapest. He promised that. However, in the construction industry - you get what you pay for. Don't do what I did - go with someone trusted & reputable from the beginning and you won't have the headache and financial loss I incurred. Plus - where we live you need quality. My neighbor's destruction from the storm compared to mine really show the difference. Brandon might not be the sweet talking salesman that you'll get with other companies but he will get the job done, on time and you'll walk away with a quality product.
