Excellent support assisting us in BP shingle type, underlayment type and colour selection. Good communications on installation date. A superior crew installed shingles on our two storey home and two backyard structures, took and shared pictures of two areas needing replacement roof deck. They also advised an additional half day to complete the work was required. We certainly felt comfortable with all staff involved in a major financial investment in our home and the installation was not rushed. Thanks Dynamic Roofing and everyone involved in the project!

I contacted Dynamic Roofing this morning regarding a situation where I damaged my own eaves trough. I was in such a panic as to who would be able to rush to my rescue in such short notice. And of course Dynamic Roofing was pulling up to my home within just a short time! Me being me of course wasn’t aware and didn’t think of the further damages this could have caused, had I left it to be repaired in the future. Writing this review for an elderly neighbour without computer skills. Dynamic Roofing did an absolutely phenomenal job on her home, and she's very very happy with the service she received. She's been needing a new roof for a long time and it wasn't until her roof started to leak this past September that I finally convinced her to give them a call. They were able to reroof her home in no time at all, cleanup was immaculate, and the crews/offoce staff were very understanding with her as an older woman. Great job Dynamic!

Great work. Poor customer service. I did call and spoke a length about it. During the process of removing my old roof someone decided to disconnect my phone lines and then told me they were electrical lines and they couldn't reattach them and to call Saskpower to have them reconnected. Saskpower came out and said they were phone lines. Then i contacted your office and got a bunch of bs about how your guys weren't electricians and couldn't do anything about the problem they caused. It was pretty cowardly to give me this information after giving me the bill. Cost me an extra $300 on top of paying for my roof.

Shingled our roof in the winter, only 1 person sent to do the job that took him all week in very cold weather that could have taken a crew 2 days max. 73 year old husband had to shovel snow off front step that was cleared off the roof to get into the house. Left a mess after job was done, still finding shingle nails all over. Poor communication, calls not returned, husband had to go to office to get any response and only after "final notice" was mailed out. Isn't it funny concerns and complaints not taken seriously or ignored and label one as a complainer! Would think it should be a learning process how can we do better! Good on those who had a good experience with this company, we certainly did not and would not use them again.

To busy for there own good, they don’t care about what they are doing as long as the cheque comes in. An improper undersized cheap poly tarp was put on as an emergency tarp to prevent further damage.There excuse is my roof is under ventilated. Which is not true it’s so well ventilated that it dried up the water within days, but my ceiling has water stains now. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, just a greedy business. Do not use them!

A bad wind storm tore off half my shingles on my house roof in January . Dynamic took over a month to put up an emergency tarp, by this time lots of snow has fallen on the roof, they put the tarp on top of the snow! The first time the sun warmed up the snow trapped under the tarp it melted and destroyed my ceiling. They deny that’s what happened they say my attic was under ventilated. This caused an additional $30000 damage not including the shingles. There corrupt and have no empathy and will not take any responsibility for the inexperienced employees they send out. The second contractor contacted to fix the damage they cause confirmed my attic is vented adequately and the water damage was from trapped snow. Dynamic is a joke they still insisted to be paid $900 for a cheap blue emergency tarp. Do not use them!

Phoned to get a quote for a roof repair as my roof has a leak. They were prompt to come and look at it and said they would have a price for me in a day or so. I called back 9 days later, was told by the representative that they were busy and would be quite a while before they could come look at my roof. I explained that they had already been there and I was following up to get a price. Was told they would get back to me in a few days with a price. Called back days later that I had not gotten a call. Said that above the repair I decided that I would actually like to schedule an estimate to replace the entire roof and replace the eaves. Representative said she would call the the estimator and definitely call me back that day....that was about 15 days ago.

Terrible customer service. Lied about product provided. Attempted to cheat me out of materials that were promised in my contract. The workers blasted inappropriate music and damaged my property, and then the manager yelled at me when I complained about the poor service. Overall a terrible place, and I would never give them your business.

He was amazing he was keep updating me the progress by sending pictures and by following up via email and phone call. 3 reasons I don’t recommend Dynamic. 1. New shingles were placed in 2017 and after 3 years there’s a leak. I called to make a warranty claim. They said the warranty does not cover leaks. They told me leaks are normal and for $375 they can come out and have a look since it needs maintenance. Not sure how they can make that assessment over the phone without even setting foot on my property. The previous shingles were almost 30 years old and never leaked. The dynamic rep said it’s normal for a leak to present itself after 3 years and that’s why they charge $375 for maintenance. I agree maintenance is necessary but I can also see that the level of workmanship just isn’t what it used to be. FYI, the warranty does cover shingles that fly off your roof due to winds over 180kms, so I guess that means your home must get hit by a tornado. 2. They talk down to women. The dynamic rep explained to me that it’s like owning a car. Cars need regular oil changes and tune-ups and have to make sure I take care of tires and brakes and make sure all fluids are topped up and that seals around windows blah blah blah. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. I’m pretty certain that if my husband had called he would not have been given this treatment. 3. They do not keep records on computer. I had to find my receipt and call back otherwise they would have to go through thousands of receipts to find my transaction. I keep all of my receipts but it is 2020 so maybe time for them to update and keep record of people on a computer? They finally agreed to come and have a look at our roof to make a proper determination of why there is a leak. The guys told me that it is very normal and common to have a leaky roof after 3 years. I guess you can decide if you think that’s acceptable. Think twice about going to these guys to get your roof done but if you do purchase a new car I suggest you give them a call to get a thorough lesson on how to care for your vehicle. Ask for Dallas.

Had Dynamic roofing come out and get my house and garage re-shingled and replace new vents in two days. Their manager Shawn Collins came out and gave me an estimate and had everything to me by the end of the day, Very quick, and great work. The management was very professional and great to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Not one nail was found on my property after they were done, great clean up after the job.

Had work done after storm damage, found they did good reasonable work, $750 for 90 minutes, 2 workers, however, called them 2 yrs later to replace a couple of shingles that I supplied, charged me over $300 all on, for being on my property for exactly 16 minutes. When I questioned that, the b.s answer was "well, we have a $200 inspection fee, plus mileage plus a truck charge" So roughly 1200 per hour? Never again! Then had the nerve to tell my wife that I had agreed to the charge in the 1st place, when I'd never talked to him.

Just had our roof soffit fascia eaves and windows replaced by Dynamic Roofing Exteriors and we are so happy with there quality of material used and the workmanship was second to none. Price was the best as well and I liked they could do all the work and not have to have separate contracts to organize with the other contractors. Over all we are very much happy with the company even with the covid they were well trained to take all precautions to make sure us and the staff stayed within the guide lines We wanna give a special thanks to Dallas for always answering our questions, friendly, knowledge and very helpful. Almost used this business, but will not now. Nothing but a run around - been trying to get our repairs done on our home since the January wind storm and got the same response every time - we are so back logged, the original guy that was out to do the quote didn't work out and we had to let him go (were told this every single time we spoke to someone - this sounds like a you problem and your customers don't need to hear the excuses), someone will be out by the end of the week, then it was going to be the following week. Called last Friday and were told that Shawn would be the one to look after getting the repairs done and he would be coming out on Tuesday/Wednesday of this week, then we get a phone call this morning saying that they are trying to get a guy out in the NEXT FEW WEEKS...in the mean time, they NEVER put tarp on our roof or even went onto the roof to assess the damage or do anything to prevent any further elements from damaging our roof/home while other homes on our street have already had their roof repairs done and dealt with or tarp put on them. Definitely will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
