40 min late for quote, no call. I called the business, they were on apologetic and stated this happens. Did not know where their “guy” was. A simple call to notify or a “sorry I’ll find out” goes a long way.

My existing driveway was in terrible shape. The front of the driveway was completely beat up and crumbling and the rear had sunk by the house causing the grade to slope towards the foundation. CVS completely transformed my driveway. They built up the grade in the back and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I also really liked all the different colour options. The crew worked very hard and got the job done quick. Would highly recommend.

These guys all work hard, they do such a great job. I really didn't know what to do with the driveway concrete was just too expensive paving the traditional way was more money This is the way to go. I have another job for them in the future They are such a great company

I contacted CVS a week ago looking for a quote on some repair work to fix a driveway. Hadn't heard from them in a week so I called to follow up. Told them I hadn't heard from them for a bit and was wondering about the status of my quote I was told: We aren't sure when we can send somebody out to quote you. We can't quote you based on the description and pictures you sent in your email. (would recommend taking "online estimates" out of your service options) We're not sure when we can fix it. And we don't know when we'll get back to you about this matter ... I am a contractor. If I told my clients: I'm not sure how much this will cost, when I'll make it out to give you a quote. I'm not sure when I will do the work and I'll contact you when I feel like it. I can guarantee I wouldn't be in business very long. Not impressed with my experience with CVS, and will definitely be sharing it with the City of Regina (my main client) and other fellow contractors.

My husband and I attended the Spring Home Show and there we met Randy - he is one of the owners of the business. Along with his father and his son, this locally owned business was extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. We had been fixing up our home and had a new baby and they worked around our schedules and other contractors and got everything done much faster then anticipated. They even went above and beyond to add additional curb appeal to the exterior with wood edging! The crew was hardworking and funny! The product itself is comfortable to walk on and safe for children. The colour we chose looks very modern (black with 20% grey) but you can choose from tons of fun, complimenting colours. We have neighbours knocking on our door to ask what it is and who did it. This installation was almost a third the cost of concrete so it worked well for our budget! One of the best parts about the product is that it is made from recycled tires so you can feel good about using a recycled product! All in all I give this sweet little grandfather-father-son business 5 stars! Thank you guys again for everything!!

Rating is relevant as I filled out your online form and contacted you on phone for a quote more than 3 weeks ago and haven't even been contacted back. Next time maybe inquire and follow up instead of jumping to conclusions

The crew at CVS rubber paving were awesome! The set up was done a few days prior to the paving itself. The rubber paving was done faster than I thought and the crew worked so efficiently. During set up, they were very accommodating to what we wanted, we had old shrub roots right on the edge of where the new driveway was going and they brought the machinery and man powered to take them out for us. They were always very friendly when we asked questions and asked us for our opinion as they went along. I would 100% recommend them for not only their product but also professionalism and customer service.

They were friendly, professional, artistic, and cateful in their work. They called us two days before to let us know their approximate time of arrival. We would have liked some initial contact when they first arrived. We were waiting for them to ring the doorbell and they started work so we went outside to connect with them. A small customer relations goof in our eyes.

My garage floor was destroyed by salt!! The 2'X2' rubber paving pads were put right over top the mess 17 years ago and they have worked beauty since with no hassles no unsightly crumbled cement to be seen.

This company does not respond to quote requests. Take your business else where as they must be too busy if they can't be bothered to call or email back potential clients. On two separate occasions, someone was supposed to stop by and get back to us with a quote. Nothing. Does not respond to emails/calls.

CVS did an excellent job on our driveway, garage floor, walkway to our home, and front step. They installed rubber paving over our cracked, and salt damaged concrete driveway. Not quite sure, but concrete may have been 50 years old, house was built by a previous owner in 1966. A Great company to deal with.
