We are home and words cannot express what that means for this family. Building a new home was not in the cards, but due to unforeseen circumstances this is where we ended up. Our process from beginning to end has been nothing but amazing. There was never a question of wether they could do something for us, it would just be done. Some people joke, “that if you like your home builder by the end of the project then there’s something wrong.” Well, I’m happy to say that we’ve made new friends and couldn’t be happier to be home. I would highly recommend Alair to anyone who is looking for a quality build that keeps the construction process flowing. There were very few days when I didn't have a contractor at our house which was great to see. The online software before the build was great. We enjoyed being a part of the process and picking contractors. It was important for us to stay local as much as possible and they were able to make that happen for us. Joel was such a great project manager. From timely responses, fixing issues along the way, following up on every job done by a contractor to make sure it was done right, and being very well communicate with us. When everything is done right the first time, you are able to enjoy your home without issues and that's what you get with Alair. They are transparent on all costs which is hard to find in the industry as well.

I would not recommend doing any business with this company. They were a part of a group Of builders that were constructing 2 buildings on Winnipeg street 2 doors down from me. My home was damaged in the process, my contact kept saying he would come by to look again and again and never showed up. I chased him around for months. As a result of them digging a foundation in -40 weather my porch was left basically falling off the house. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars fixing my home. Any builder that comes in and builds and leaves other homes damaged is not a reputable company in my eyes.

They worked hard so we could have a great quality house and their transparent process helped us manage our budget. We chose Alair Homes Regina when we decided to finish our basement. It was an awesome experience! Not only did they manage to bring all of our ideas to fruition, but they did so in a timely fashion and with our budget in mind all along the way. I've honestly never worked with any individuals who cared so much about pleasing their customers! We felt as if they had our best interests in mind with everything that was done and they were great at communicating all steps of the process with us along the way. They were EXTREMELY picky with their work, which is great from a customer point of view. Every inch of every room in the basement is exactly the way we wanted it! Thanks Sam and Dallas for making a potentially stressful project totally stress-free....and actually really enjoyable! You guys rock! I just wish we knew about Alair when we originally built our home! I guarantee we'll be using Alair if we build again; I honestly can't imagine that any other company can compare to them.

We built a home “our dream home” with Alair Homes and moved in last January. Our Project Manager Joel Switzer was excellent to work with. Who says building a house is fun and exciting usually no one but it was for us because Joel handled all the details. He kept us informed and up to date throughout the project. We took possession ahead of schedule and under budget !!! We really liked the transparency and always knowing where we were at with the on line budget. Another perk is after possession Joel worked hard to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and if there were some tweaks he got things fixed in a timely manor. Thanks again Joel for all your hard work. We love to fill our house with family and friends and are enjoying the beautiful views !!!!

Building a house with Alair was a great experience! They say building a house is supposed to be stressful but they made the whole process very easy. Their online back office made it easy for us to see updated budgets and scheduling during the build which resulted in a transparent process. I would highly recommend using this company to build your house!

Our house had a water escape incident so we took the chance to do a whole house renovation. Samuel Park managed the majority of the project and Matthew Stevens did the finishing part. They are both great people to work with, very professional, always responsive. We were scared at the scope of the project (over $100k) at first but Sam took the stress out completely. His attention to detail and craftsmanship made the house truly shine. Every sub-trades of his chosen all did quality work, best part is, he even helped us saved money due to their industry relationship! Also, Matt really took the time to finish the house in the end, so it's completely spotless. Many thanks to both of you! Overall, I highly recommend Sam and Alair homes to anyone want to do major house renovation.
