They made me feel my job wasn’t too small for them and they wanted my business. Only a few days later I had someone replacing the melted siding. They had a lot of experience and they talked with me about what they could do to potentially stop the issue from happening again. VNO Exteriors recently completed an exterior renovation on our 57-year old home and detached garage. After speaking with other exterior renovators in Red Deer, we felt that VNO was by far the most knowledgable and trustworthy exterior renovation company to do the job. Devon, the Operations Manager, spent several hours walking through the process, taking the time to explain our options and patiently answered our questions. He demonstrated excellent customer service by promptly returning calls, immediately addressing any concerns we had, and gave us confidence that our renovation would be worry-free with his extensive knowledge and experience. As for the installers, we had the great fortune of having two veterans in the field, Stacy and Courtney. They demonstrated quality workmanship throughout the entire process, paid attention to detail and took pride in their work. We can't thank them enough for the truly outstanding job they did. From start to finish, VNO Exteriors exceeded our expectations; our home and garage look amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering an exterior renovation.
