He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to ensure we were being represented well and that the repairs that needed to be done were covered. Five years ago, we called Travis for an estimate on our roof as we knew it had hail damage and we were preparing to sell our home. He gave us a quote and our insurance company allowed us to choose the roofing company and we chose Red Deer Roofing because we like dealing with Travis. It was fall and we were one of the last jobs he took on before snowfall. Anyway, I remember it being a very stressful time but the completion of the roof was hugely important. My husband and I remember being so happy we chose him and very relieved when it was completed. Recently in our new home, we called Travis to ask his opinion on another roofing matter, and he was excellent in explaining the issue. On Good Friday April 3rd, I noticed several roof shingles along the side of my home. I discovered a patch of plywood exposed on the East side of my roof. I called several roofing companies on the long weekend and just got the answering machine. I called Red Deer Roofing and had a live person on the phone. He came right over (remember this is the Easter long weekend) and had a look. He said he would come over on Easter Sunday morning and fix my roof. I was sceptical...he was going to come on Easter Sunday and fix it? Sure enough,early on Sunday morning, he was there and promtly fixed the roof. He was friendly,courteous,right on time. Holy Smokes!!! An honest roofing company!! Travis came to see details of our needs (solar tubes) and turned down the job! We have a metal low-slope roof and he indicated that we would just end up having endless problems when the caulking dried and the metal expanded and contracted. So he recommended we not do this. He turned down a profit in turn for customer satisfaction. Wish the whole world had his ethics! Good on ya Red Deer Roofing!!
