Paul and Greg were fantastic to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through each step of their process. I had a complicated issue, but they continued to return to my house until it was resolved. Not once did they express frustration with this difficult issue. You can tell these guys love their line of work, and have very good people skills to provide a great customer service experience. I never leave reviews, but did today because I'm blown away by the service I've received. Everyone I dealt with at the company from the person who answers the phone, the electricians, and the the senior leadership calling me to ensure my electrical issues were resolved was amazing. This is simply the best experience I've ever had with any trade that I've hired to do work at my house. I wish they were all like this. It put me at ease throughout the process. Thank you for the pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company. I'll definitely be calling Pass for all of my future electrical needs.

Had an issue with what I thought was fuses in my panel box, called PASS to set up a technician to come take a look. I tried switching breakers on/off while I waited for my 1:30pm appointment. A few things happened that concerned me and I called back and talked to Dan again. He immediately dispatched a tech to my house. Paul arrived at my place shortly after I spoke to Dan. Paul found the issue, contacted the city of Red Deer as it was on their end and went through the whole house. Repairs were made effiently and explained to me what was going on. Checked my furnace, which needed a tech to look at, they lined that service up for me also. Excellent, excellent service. Fast, efficient, helpful and went above and beyond when it came to my concerns. Thanks guys
