We found ourselves in a very stressful and confusing situation while trying to deal with New Home Warranty over a claim from an envelope failure. Our house was built by Laebon 4.5 years ago, since then we had an envelope failure which costed 14,200 to fix, and just recently our detached garage flooded from yet another poor Laebon job, due to incorrectly installing the damp proofing, and no weeping tile! Since we have met Maroun, he has been very knowledgeable to deal with, able to answer any question we have, and give honest advice for anything we may be thinking about. We ended up getting fully covered after a 9 month fight with the New Home Warranty mainly because of the fact MTC did the repairs, New Home Warranty Policy states that the home builder must do the repairs, but they recognized MTC as a qualified builder and Fully reimbursed our repair costs. Just last week we got the detached garage repaired. MTC gives fair quotes and stays under his quotes, even though a couple little things came up with the garage. HIGHLY recommend contacting him for any size job. Since he completed the repairs to our home we have had an 8’ X 6’ sign in front of our house, THAT’S HOW HIGHLY WE RECOMMEND HIM!!!

MTC Contracting installed tile in our kitchen on the floor and backsplash. They also did misc. Other jobs including plumbing changes to accommodate new sinks, preparing counters for new quartz and investigating a potential leak. The workers were all friendly, and the quality of the work was excellent. We were very happy with the job.

I first heard of Maroun and MTC Contracting from a neighbour who was looking at getting work done on a fence. Since we needed to have ours redone as well MTC was available to do it all. Maroun got back to us quick with pricing and was always available for a quick phone call update or to discuss the project. Once the rain let up and they could start work I immediately could tell the end product would exceed our expectations. Maroun and his crew were quick working and very professional. The fence looks great and was done properly. You can tell it will last. MTC also went above and beyond with not only grading the back yard as discussed, but also did touch up work in the back alley to allieviate drainage issues. They also patched up an older shed on the property to give it some more life. Finally, they made sure the grass looked great and resodded any affected areas. I would recommend MTC for any residential fencing project, and I am confident they could help with any other renovation project as well.

MTC Contracting are the most professional people in the town. I recently moved to New house but needed some renovations. So I contacted Maroun and he did 3 bathrooms renovations, kitchen renovations, roofing, deck and they finished everything less then 2 weeks and Maroun also helped us with our old house renovations with kitchen, installation of dishwasher, bathroom vanity, floor and toilet.
