We've had so much done with Dave through the years. He did our bathroom remodelling. The kitchen remodelling he did for us made our house more open, efficient and pleasant. He also did our flooring upstairs. Everything he did for us still brings out a smile from everyone in our household up to this very day. Not only is he exceptional at his projects, he (most importantly) is a fair, honest and good man. I'm not wishing for any house repairs in the future. I contacted Long Run Renovations (Dave) to complete the tile installation in my downstairs shower. Dave arrived on time as scheduled and gave me a written estimate of all known costs including labor and all materials. Based on a recommendation from Dave I had demoed the shower prior to his arrival to save some costs. Dave completed the project in a very timing manner and had helped with a suggestion for a couple of shelves that I had not thought of. Dave helped me install the shower surround and door, for which I was grateful. We later had Dave come back and complete the backsplash over the vanity. His workmanship is impeccable and their were no extra costs. I fact he did not charge for some grouting, because he had some left over. Both my wife and I are very pleased with both the workmanship and the cost.

Dave is a real professional and offers excellent quality work at affordable prices. He has installed toilets for me and put in flooring He has done other odd jobs as well like installed vents and even a mailbox. He recommends other people who he knows who are excellent workers. Dave gives you honest advice and doesn't tell you that you need something to be done when it isn't required or worth it, which shows a high degree of honesty and integrity. I have not met anyone quite like him before. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed.
