Re Shingled our roof on a hail claim in the cold of November and said it would be no problem. In spring we had water coming through our bedroom light fixture and called them. 6 months later they came out and fixed leak -said it was missing caulking around flashing on north side of house. Called them about repairing water damaged ceilings and said they would not repair because leak was from driving rain. the house is 15 years old and never leaked before - was this year the first driving rain in 15 years - I don't think so! I had hail damage on my house in the summer of 2020. I needed to get the work done quickly since we were moving out and had renters coming in about 5 weeks after the storm. Ryan was able to get the work done within a week after the insurance claim came through. The guys who came were professional and worked very fast. My roof was stripped and re-shingled within 24hrs! Ryan also gave me a good deal on shingle upgrade that will save me money on my insurance premiums. I'm a very satisfied customer!
