I am very impressed with the work done by Aaron. He has a solid knowledge in heat pumps. He was meticulous with his work, went through the steps twice to make sure they were done correctly. At the same time, he explained to me the problems he found in the unit and his steps to fix it. Aaron brought with him the many right tools in his trade to facilitate the repairs. He is also friendly and personable. It was a delight to have Aaron serving my heat pump.

Called Aaron because I had a faulty part in my furnace on the first day of the cold snap and he told me to come down to the shop as soon as they opened. Helped me source a part and installer and I had my furnace back up and running within a few hours. Awesome service and awesome help. 10/10 would recommend.

Aaron and crew were at the house in less than 24 hours after they were contacted to install a heat pump. Not only did they do the install quickly and efficiently, but they advised of a rebate program with the BC government that will give me 6000$ after my gas furnace is deactivated and removed. Definitely would recommend Frosty for anyone who needs emergency heating or for guidance on lowering your home heating costs.
