My garage doors are getting old and I’ve had two different load bearing springs break making it impossible to get my cars out of the garage. On both occasions I called these guys. They were at my house quickly and the charge was very reasonable. If fact they surprised me with how inexpensive it was for parts and labour. I’m building a shed with a garage door......I don’t need to call anyone else.

Had them install garage doors at my house two years ago, recently we had a problem with one of our doors closing, the girl on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable, I called at 4:30 about half an hour before they closed and they had someone at my house 20 minutes later, door fixed, no charge. 5 stars for sure.

3:45 on a Friday afternoon and our bay door got stuck open and wouldn't close; we called another company who said they might be able to get to us by 5:30 at the earliest, we asked if they would recommend anyone else and they said 'no one else does commercial doors in town' We found Portal's number and they were at our door and had fixed it within half an hour of our call!!! Very impressed and they will be our first and only call from now on!
