NW Electric came into my house to do a panel swap on an archaic panel. I have been working on renovations to my basement for a long time, the electrical was going to be my biggest hurdle. From first-contact to finished and powered, including permits and arrangements with BC Hydro, the entire job took about a week (one day for the actual work). During COVID, finding a company to do residential work was difficult. Lonnie, Mitch and the team at NW, did a fantastic job. You will not regret having these conscientious and professional individuals do the work for you! Extremely happy! 5 stars!

I definitely recommend Lonnie and NW Electrical Solutions. I had an issue with the Hydro Metre stand separating from the house (due those settling and poor construction). Lonnie was very accommodating to arrange to be on site when Hydro employees shut down the power and he made quick work of the repair to get a quick reconnection. My husband and I started renovating our new to us home mid-October. Late October our scope increased to removing the ceiling and upgrading the insulation and installing new drywall. We had a move in deadline of November 15th. Once ceiling drywall was down, we decided it was perfect time to add pot lights and wiring for a new hood fan.
