Some may consider this a ruff review. But I have pictures, documents and anything else you may want as proof. This has been our summer from hell after hiring them to build a shop and suite for my 80yo father with cancer. Cameron did the following with obviously no conscience. Yup. You must watch his every move because he doesn't read the plans... Makes changes without consulting owners... Forgets tools and building supplies daily. Can't figure out how much product he needs so he can run to the store multiple times for the same thing. He will go over budget, he will only show up if you freak out. He will put in 12-14 hr days but only get 4 hours work done. Don't count on him showing up Mondays cause he won't even if the project is 2 months behind. He will start on one thing then move on to unimportant stuff. He doesn't have basic tools and will have to rent or borrow stuff. He cannot organise sub contractors like plumbers or electritions. He will take your shingles off and work on the inside while it rains. He won't respond to texts or calls if he doesn't feel like it, sometimes for days. He is unsafe and does not follow any wcb regulations and cannot control what his employees do and don't do. Smoking pot and drinking on the job at least keep them smiling. His work is sloppy and looks like it was done by someone with little experience. Crooked cuts, joints don't line up, drywall work is horrendous. He will damage fixtures and not say anything and leave things like carpet and trim outside in the weather to be damaged. When his subs tell him how they need things done He ignores them and does something different so things need to be re done 2 or three times. After being told he was fired he refused to give back money, building supplies payed for by us. We brought in a new contractor to finish the Job and he said that what he saw made him feel sick. Couldn't believe how bad and how wrong everything was. We brought in a garage door company to repair what Cam had done. They said Cams work was a death trap and an accident waiting to happen.
